How to look up checkbox information

Hi!

I am struggling to get the checkbox information into my Zap.

My trigger is a filled in Tally form and the action in create a new line in Sharepoint.

This is how it looks like.

Does anybody have any experience how to look up this information?

Before we dig deeper into this, does the trigger return the information of the “Relatie Contactpersoon” field in Microsoft Sharepoint? If so, you can use the Custom Value option to map the field dynamically.

Thanks for your answer.

Unfortunately, the information of the “Relatie Contactpersoon” field in Microsoft Sharepoint remains empty after the Zap has run.

Would the Custom Value option still work in this case?

I am wondering why are the checkboxes Relatie contactpersoon and Reden aanmelding presented differently in the action step.

Relatie contactpersoon - you need to select

Reden aanmelding - you can list/add them to the action step.

 

I hope it’s clear what I mean.

Thanks for providing the additional information and I’m really sorry for the late response.

Could you please selecting an option in the “Relatie Contactpersoon” field to see if it’ll load other field just like the “Reden aanmelding” field?

Kindly give it a try and let me know how it goes? I'll keep an eye out for your response!

To answer your previous question:

Relatie contactpersoon - you need to select

Reden aanmelding - you can list/add them to the action step.

For fields that are associated with a different object/entity (such as a contact or company for example), or fields that are limited to certain options (like a category name or a yes/no checkbox for example) then we’ll see those types of fields appear in the Zap editor as dropdown menu fields - like that Relatie contactpersoon field.

That said, it’s still possible to dynamically select values for dropdown menu fields by using the Custom value option. You can learn more about that here: Add custom values to dropdown menu fields in Zaps
