Set Odoo marketing fields (Campaign, Medium, Source)

We trying to set the following Odoo fields when creating new lead:

  • Campaign
  • Medium
  • Source

Odoo screen:

 

 

The only similar field in Zapier UI is referred by:

 

 

But this is a different Odoo field.

 

Any way to set those?

Hi there @futurehome,

I’m jumping in to see if I can help!

I did some digging into this, and it seems like the “Campaign”, “Medium”, and “Source” fields are not available in the Odoo ERP Self Hosted “Create Lead” action. However, we do have an existing feature request to support those fields.

I have added you to the feature request. That does a few things:

  • Bring this to the attention of the integration developers
  • Help track interest in this feature being implemented
  • Allows us to notify you via email if this feature becomes available in the future

While I don't have an ETA on when this feature might be implemented, we will notify you via email if it is!

    What does the ? tooltip say for each field? (screenshots)

    Hi Troy!

    Please take a look:

     

     

    Not 100% sure about Odoo, but it seems that those are default fields, not custom ones.
