Sender error: The app returned "This campaign already sent"

I’m trying to create a zap where a welcome email is sent every time a person is added to a group in Sender but I’m getting the message:

Failed to create a campaign in Sender

The app returned "This campaign already sent".

Any idea how to fix it?
