My zap calendly - activecampaign turns off automatically

Hi!

 

My zap from Calendly to ActiveCampaign turns off automatically. It looks like it’s an error at activecampaign, but it doens’t give any error massage. I didn’t run the zap yet, because it switches of inmediatly after publishing.

Extra info: I don’t use activecampaign.com, but Mailblue, the Dutch version of ActiveCampaign. I already read some posts here from people with the same problem, but nothing helps.

How I can solve this?

Before we dig deeper into this, could you please confirm if you are on the correct Calendly plan. You need to be on their Standard Plan or higher to use Calendly with the Zap: https://calendly.com/pricing

Hi @Wouter V. 

In the Zap Editor, you can view the Zap Change History in the left rail for clues to help troubleshoot.

You need a Calendly paid plan to use Calendly in Zaps. (help)
