How do I automate responses to old, unresponded Google My Business reviews using Zapier?

Yes, but you would need to know the GMB Review Name (aak the ID of the Review).

Unfortunately have about 700 reviews to reply to accross several pages and was looking for a way to auto populate old ones

You’d have to explore using the GMB API to pull reviews without replies, then process those, and repeat.
