Intercom - lead create lead - how to choose the subscription list ?

Hi,I am creating leads in intercom from a typeform form, and I would like these leads to be automatically susbcribing to ONE of my subscription list, but NOT to the other ones. For now, i chose false there, but it subscribe the lead to all lists… Thanks in advance,C

Getting an error with my Zap when testing stating Bounce: false

Hello all everyone, I am a bit lost.Following:I have created a Zap.Digistore → CRMI have chosen everything the right way.I did the test run and Zapier tells me:  Bounce:falseThe test has arrived at my CRM but under: segments which I now try to figure out how it be transferred to the List.My question:Zapier tells me there goes something wrong, but can Zapier be wrong?Thanks a lot Arrow :-)

I put the same input value, but I get a different result (Delay unit operation)

I applied the exact same workflow as other zaps, but the result is different.Date/Time formatter and Delay unit were used. If you test it, the result of Delay Until is One side comes out at +09:00 The other side is -05:00.Because of this difference, I set up a text message at 2 p.m I get a text message at 4 a.m.There are no other variables.How can we solve this?

502 Error for jotform-the error not seen in error history

I get an error forwarded to me alot it is a 502 error and every time I go into zapier I check out the specific zap and thier is ZERO ERRORS at all. But I get the error email. Any one know whats the issue?

Mailchimp ran into an error: Bad Request - Cannot send this campaign because it is currently" sent

Hi! I run into an error while trying to connect my optin in mastermind to mailchimp through zap. If the campaign is on draft it doesn’t send it and if it’s already sent it doesn’t either. I received an email that says:“Mailchimp ran into an error: Bad Request - Cannot send this campaign because it is currently" sent"”This is my first time trying to use mailchimp and zap. Please help.

Wix Automation to Zapier to Monday.com - Top data row gets overwritten

Hi! I have created an integration between a WIX automation and a Monday.com board via Zapier. But... Each time the data comes into Monday, it replaces the top row of data that was there before instead of adding a new row.I’m thinking the culprit may be my “Event” setting in my Zap. I have it set to “Change Multiple Columns Value.” Should it be something else? I’m not really sure.Could be something other than the Event setting? Could it be something in Monday.com?Any ideas?Thanks!!!

Greenhouse Integration with Hubspot using Zapier

Hi Community,As I’ve created the zap in Zapier to integrate the Greenhouse with HubSpot. The flow of my zap is whenever a new job is posted to greenhouse, it will update the status of my WordPress post. And it’s not working as I published a new job in Greenhouse, there is no zap triggered and neither any history nor error. Kindly review my zap and let me know if I have created it incorrectly or if there is any other better way to integrate both platforms.Thank you!

Hi, i am getting some really wierd formatting on Nordic Letter when extracting text from Gmail and then putting it in Google Sheets.  Example: How it should look: Vi bestämde oss för en sittning på tisdag. Lycka till How do i solve this bug?When testing in Zapier it does not look like this.

Jira error: Issue does not exist, or you do not have permission to see it.

We created a Zap to create a Jira ticket based on submission of a Google form. These ticket details are then email to the submitter. Although the ticket gets created in Jira, the link received in the email for this ticket does not open the Jira ticket. Post new Shopify product to Facebook not working

Hi allI have been trying to publish a post to my Facebook page when the product is created on Shopify.I am using my webpage link followed by the product handle, for example: https://www.bonsaitree.co.za/products/  and then insert the 1.Handle:1-5mm-anodized-aluminium-wire The post is published but it gives me a 404 error. So clearly I am doing something wrong with the link. I have looked on this forum and there is no previous instance of this issue posted. Please assist, many thanks in advance!Terry

Send the leads to google spaces in the chat box

Hello,I have google form and if the user summit the form then I will get the  leads on my google sheet and i have send the leads to my google spaces in the chat box.I have connected the google sheet to the zapier and tested. i am getting the leads from my google sheet.Now, I am little bit confused here do i need to connect the zapier to hangout chat  or is there any other apps to connect? I am sharing the screenshot below where i need my leads. I have created the Testing for zapier space in the gmail and i have to send it in the chat.Any idea how to solve this?

Zapier triggering too early clickup - google cal.

Hi Guys,I have a working Zap between Clickup to Google cal.When I create a task in clickup the zap creates an event in google cal with:-Start Date & Time-Finish Date &Time-NameThe trigger when when a person is assigned to a task in clickup.Here is the rub.While I'm creating the task, if I assign the person before adding the start and end date, even if I have not clicked save to add the task, the trigger fires and the zap fails becuase it is missing the dates.The practical workaround is to always add the dates first before assigning the person to the task, which is fine for me, but very hard to get others to remember this specific workflow.Is there a way around this?  So maybe the zap only fires when the ‘save’ button is pressed to create the task?Any help would be much appreciated! Cheers

How do I troubleshoot Google calendar event end times with events created in Any.Do

I am struggling to get this zap working correctly. Whenever I create a task in Any.Do I want a detailed calendar event to be created in Google Calendar with reminder notifications. When setting up my zap I can easily choose the start time for the calendar event as it matches up with the due date/time I’ve set in Any.Do however, when I select the “end date/time” field for google calendar in Zapier.. I choose the Any.Do due date/time and then add text that says “+60m” after. Every time I try to test this I get a random event end time for the event zapier creates in my calendar. Example: start date time = 9/18/22 2PM. End date time = 9/18/22 2PM +60m (selecting the data field that zapier pulls from Any.Do and adding 60 minutes). This should create a 1 hour time block for that event but in reality it creates a random duration event. One time it was 4 hours, the next time 5 hours, the third time it was 7 hours and 22m…. I’ve gone to my Zapier profile and set my time zone and, my time zone i

Issues with Advanced search Airtable

Hi I am trying to create an link between Box and Airtable that will update a Company’s record in Airtable with the date when I edit said Company’s box note. Due to naming convention of our notes (CompanyName Running Notes), I’ve been using formula search and searching a field in Airtable called “box integration name” that concatenates the company name with “Running Notes.boxnote”. Not sure what I’m doing wrong, but any help is appreciated. Neither a new record is created nor is the existing record updated.

Zapier can't fetch optin form from GrooveFunnels

I’m using GrooveFunnels/Pages and GrooveWebinar. I added the Zapier integration in GFunnels. Zapier finds the integration, the funnel, the page but not the optin from on the confirmation/success page.So all the possible pages in the funnel are found in Zapier but the Zap can’t fetch (find) the optin form info/data fields. I suspect it may be because I’m using a GrooveWebinar (embedded form) custom html form, within a funnel built in GroovePages. See imagesattached.Please advise.

My test is failing when filtering out the "Phone Call ID" even when it exists

I have a Zap that’s trying to filter out content when the text starts with “Phone Call Id: “. The text in the screenshot clearly starts with “Phone Call Id: “ so why would the test keep failing?

Dropbox not attaching shared folder url to trello card

Zap process:Card moved to list in trello A) Date recorded to google sheets (Lookup spreadsheet row for corresponding trello card and Update that row with date acquired) Create folder in drop box with the name of card in trello upload the attached file with the same name as trello card (in this case its a script for a video) Create a shared link in drop box Add shared link as an attachment to trello card (This is where the issue is) The trello card is not getting the Dropbox url attached to it for some reason?I have also attached a screenshot of the zap. I’m trying to use the “Append Text to Document in Google Docs” action, but it can’t seem to find my files: My folders appear in the Folder dropdown, but the document I want is in the root.What am I missing here?

The error "Cannot publish Zap Bad Request" is repeated every Zap.

When I modified the field data in Zap and pressed 'publish', an error occurred like a screenshot. There is nothing wrong with Zap. In addition, the same error occurred when I copied Zap and pressed 'publish' immediately. Is it a temporary error? I am in a situation where I have to quickly modify the zap.

I am no longer receiving Slack notifications about an incoming call in Salesmsg

Hi, this is Zap set-up:It was on for a few months but we received Slack notification about incoming call only once. It is not working now at all and Zap run history is empty. What can help in this case? Is this trigger not working? (all steps were successful)

Create one Zap to trigger one email for every Perspective result

Hey guys,I have created a survey with Perspective that has four different results. I’m trying to use Zapier to create a new contact in a specific Active Campaign email list for each survey result.But although I have tried out both trigger events (Visitor completed the funnel and New Lead via funnel) and chose the correct Lead for each specific email, the leads are not pulling through correctly and show up in all of my email lists. This way, I end up getting all four emails for each of the survey results.I also have only four possible results on Perspective, but all of a sudden instead of Lead A, B, C and D, I get Lead E and F as well.HELP :/Thank you

Column fields missing on "Create Spreadsheet Row” Google Sheets step

No columns populate after choosing my worksheet and spreadsheet… which means a blank row is added to the spreadsheet which doesn’t make sense. I have turned off the zap as suggested before updating the spreadsheet names. I have column headers in the spreadsheet and it’s still not populating. This happened only after I updated the worksheet name. I’ve tried turning the zap off and on, deleting and re-adding the step and even tried to duplicate the zap and it still doesn’t populate the columns.
