What I want to do:
I'm in the setuped Snov.io>Zap>HubSpot to send emails prospects for get a new ticket in hubspot.
What’s happening:
I went through the whole integration, it shows for me that it is enabled and working, letters are sent from Snov, all fields are set up correctly, test users respond, but a new ticket is not created in HubSpot.
How it possible fix this problem?
