Upload Zoom recordings to OneDrive larger than 60 MB

Hello,

 

I’m creating a Zap that will upload a video recording into OneDrive. However I’m not able to upload the actual file and it’s not the full size of the recording.

 

Is there a specific mapping sequence that can best support this?

Hi there @The JBT Agency! 👋

That’s very odd, the limit for uploads with OneDrive should be 100MB. What error message are you getting when the upload fails?  

Also, could you send over a screenshot showing the settings and fields that have been selected in the Zap’s OneDrive action? Don’t forget to remove/hide private information like names and email addresses from the screenshot first. Asking for that as we can’t see into your Zaps, so having a screenshot will allow us to check whether there’s anything in the setup that might be causing the issue here.
