Trouble connecting email parser to Podio. Attached files pushed as unnamed and unknown format

We have customers ordering via email with atleast two attachments. I would like for the email to be parsed and the attachments and the parsed info to be pushed into podio.

 

The issue Im having is that the attached files gets pushed into podio as an unnamed file in an unknown format. Is there a way to get around this problem?

Good question.

You may have to use the Podio API to upload the file: https://developers.podio.com/doc/files/upload-file-1004361

App APIs can be used in the Webhooks app as an action step: https://zapier.com/apps/webhook/integrations
