How to Upload Attachments pdf from gmail BUT not signature png files

HELP! I can’t keep working on this- its driving me nuts LOL! I have a zap set up for New Email with Attachments. I have added a filter so i say must contain Meme type application/pdf or meme type image.jpg BUT it keeps uploading png files if it fits the pdf requirement but also has a png file there as well. So it is not reading each individual file. I

Hi, I'm trying to connect my TikTok leads to a Salesforce Custom object through Zapier, but I get the following errors.  Failed to create a custom object in Salesforce (Legacy)We're getting an error for the field (insert field here, if possible). This usually happens when the value we're using in the "Custom value" isn't being accepted by Salesforce. In most cases, we want to map an ID field there, instead of what is mapped there now. Status Code 400 Bad RequestLast updated: 3 years agoProblemYour Zap is likely to be missing a required field, or a field value wasn't in a recognized format. For example, if a field in your action step is expecting an email address, but the value given is a name, the app may return a 400 error.

Memberpress Error - Transaction Subscription

I have MemberPress and Zapier connected. I’m able to create memberships and transactions just fine. The ONE issue I am facing is that the subscription IDs are not being passed on in either the create or update transaction actions in Zapier. Everything else is created or updated just fine. But this one issue is preventing the subscriptions of being recognized as active.

Suggestion: Sys Admin can delete empty folders

I love the new folder functionality in Zapier (especially the nesting folders 😍), but I’ve run into a bit of a conundrum.A folder created by a user no longer associated with the account cannot be deleted. Even the sys admin of our team account cannot remove it, even though the folder is empty. Please allow for these folders to be deleted so we can keep a clean folder structure.

Not able to set root folder

I am trying to create a zap to add a record to spreadsheet in my OneDrive.   I am able to successfully connect to both Device Magic and my OneDrive account.   I am however not able to go past that step.   Storage Source is locked to OneDrive. (Attachment-1)   But I am unable to set the root folder and spreadsheet.   When I go to folder, it defaults to Custom.  (Attachment-2)  Selecting folder is giving a search window but not listing the folders (Attachment-4).  Expanding the list on Custom is listing all the columns received in the test (Attachment-3). I am lost on this and need help getting past this step.

Why does "Find a Member in Ghost" Action returns always empty data

It doesn’t matter how o what email I setup for search, the “Find a Member in Ghost” action always returns “No data available”I’ve tried searching for emails having “free”, “subscribed”, “comped”, statuses and also defining the email search field manually, and with data from other steps.Any idea on how to get valid data in return?¿Or simply how do I get the “member id” belonging to an email in Ghost?Thanks

Airtable to GSheets to QuickBooks invoice

I’ve got a new process I’m working on to automate invoice creation. A report is created bi-weekly with payments that have been deposited into the bank. I have the customer name, amount, and a QBO class that needs to be used.I’ve created a form where the report is submitted through Airtable with a CSV file that has all the data in it. The date of the deposit is added on the form. What I’m trying to do is take the data in the CSV file (name, class, amount) and have it create an invoice in QBO for each line item. I’m currently playing around with:Trigger: new record in AirtableAction: Utilities in Formatter by Zapier to import the CSVAction: Create Spreadsheet in Google SheetsAction: Create Spreadsheet Row in Google Sheets ← stuck here because I can’t parse out the CSV columns into the spreadsheet column headers of Name, Class, and AmountAction: Create invoice in QBO and loop through the line items that were created in the Google Sheet ← can’t do this yet because I can’t get the data into

Slack workflow error: An error occurred executing a workflow step you own. Check out your workflow for further details.

I’m trying to trigger an email to send within the Slack Workflow builder. I’m using Zapier’s “Send Email with Gmail” feature. The test shows no issues, but when I run the Workflow, it results in this error: “An error occurred executing a workflow step you own. Check out your workflow for further details.”I have replicated the functionality as a standalone Zap created in Zapier and triggered by an emoji reaction within Slack. This works. I have tried Slack’s help, and their response was that they don’t maintain the Workflow steps built by other apps, like Zapier. How can I troubleshoot here?

Hey everyone!I am trying to download audio files from a google drive into descript for transcribing them. No matter which file url input I use (file, download url, ect, I’ve used them all), I get an error on the test zap. Is this just a problem with descript?

Zapier creating .CSV Spreadsheet

Hi Community, I’m building my first Zap, and I am running into some issues.  My CRM integrates with Zapier, and another program I use can import CSV files.  So I would like to transfer info from the CRM form to my other program by creating a CSV through Zapier.  That’s the overview. I’m trying to import my CSV column headers from Excel into Zapier, because there are a lot of them.  The columns go all the way to AFD, so I’d prefer to import them vs manually creating all of them in Zapier.  I created step 2. Utilities in Formatter but when I tested the connection, it said:The app returned "<urlopen error retrieval incomplete: got only 72357 out of 72537 bytes>".I guess first, does it sound like I’m on the right path?  If so, what do I need to do to fix this error?On a side note, there is one field that I need to split from the form into 2 fields on the CSV.  Is there a way to delimit that field? Thanks!

Zap from Documate - does not change variable types in Zapier when trying to map

I have created a zap that performs these steps.  Step 1 - Complete Documate InterviewStep 2 - If it’s a unique record, create a Contact in ClioStep 3 - Create a Matter in ClioA few days ago, we decided to change some of the variable types in the Documate workflow. As one example we changed a text variable to a number variable, to match the integer field in Clio.Another example, we changed a true/false variable to a dropdown variable because we needed to add one more option.However, when I go back in to Zapier, no matter how many times I refresh, test with new interviews in Documate, etc… the new versions of those variables will not pull in. One specific example: I have a variable {[ResidencyYears]}.  We initially had it as text variable in Documate because we thought we would have the user type in the word “years” after the number.  Later we determined to change {[ResidencyYears]} to a number variable.  However, when we try to map it in Zapier,  it still recognizes it as “text”, rather

Data from Freshdesk tickets not Pulled to Google Sheet

Hello All,I created a Zap, to pull the data from the raised “Freshdesk” Tickets, into “Google sheets Rows”, and accounts are connected correctly, also the Test is working fine and data is pulled into the “Google sheet Rows” correctly!So I published the zap and it is ON without any Warnings.But when new tickets is created in “Freshdesk” it is not added to the  “Google sheet Rows”, did I miss something?

Fulcrum to Google Sheets only half the data moves

Fulcrum> trigger is Create new record> Google sheets> trigger is create new row.  When testing this it works great but when creating a new fulcrum record only half of the data gets put into google sheets.   The data that does get moved into google sheets is data that is fulcrum created like latitude and longitude but my fields I created do not get transferred over. I have used Zaps for awhile and always worked but this is my first issue. This is my report.

Keller Williams command error: Email address already exists

This post was split from Error: "Failed to create a contact in Keller Williams Command. A contact with this email address already exists" I am having the same issue. But MohSwellam’s explaination does not work for me. I know for a fact that the email addresses don’t already exist, because I am making them up to test the webhook. When I test the zap while in my Zapier account, it works. It creates the contact. But when I put the webhook on my PluginOps landing page that’s when I get the above mentioned error message. It doesn’t make sense.

Creating draft mail in Outlook doesn´t work, only in outlook.live

Hi guys,i am facing a problem in one of my zaps. The zap should create a draft email in Outlook, when i set a specific tag in asana. The problem is, that the draft email gets created in my outlook live account and it doesn´t matter if i set up the zap with the outlook app or office 365. In any case, the draft email gets created in the outlook live account, which is not able to synchonize with my outlook desktop app.My aim is to get the draft email in my desktop app, not in my web oder live app. Anybody here with the same problem or a solution?Thanks so much!Jan

Recorded calls from Ring Central are coming over in a weird "371Z" format

I am trying to take recorded calls from Ring Central and save the audio file as a record in a one drive folder. The files are coming over, however they are coming over in a weird format that is not audio. Any idea what a 371Z file is or what I need to do to get the actual audio to save in OneDrive?

I'm getting an error message about not having a location when creating a post in Google My Business.

I am trying to complete a zap from Facebook pages to Google My Business. For any new post in Facebook pages, create a post in GMB. But I keep getting an error message about not having a location. There is no choice for a location. What should be put in the step location? What can I do to continue?

Zapier and Integrately: Question About Potential Facebook Lead Conflicts

Hi, I have a question about Facebook Lead Ads integration, but it comes from a basic lack of understanding of how the integration works in the backend.I’ll start with the issue:We are currently using Integrately to send Facebook Leads to various places, and the client wants to move to Zapier. However, we need to keep the Integrately feeds running while we set up Zapier.I would like to know if there will be any conflict having both Integrately and Zapier accessing the same Facebook account, and the same Leads forms. As mentioned above, I don’t know how the actual integration works. Would letting Zapier access the lead form data somehow prevent other things from accessing it?

Zapier offer a way to connect to JIRA Cloud but for some strange reason it wont authenticate successfully.The below screen is what I end up seeing and seem to have no way to get past it.You don’t have access to this app.This application is in development - only the owner of this application may grant it access to their account.

Only one of the WooCommerce "Order Lines" is populating Google Sheets

Hi thereThis is something I have done improperly probably!Basically I want to pull the Order Items (not Orders) from WooCommerce using Zapier into Google Sheets,The reason for this is that there will be some Orders that have more then 2 product on them. (There is a sort of way to do this just in Orders but this seemed (!) more ideal.Have created the Zap - created the Order in WooCommerce - when Zapier pulls the data out and populates Google Sheets it only brings ONE of the Order Lines out!So the Zap says “when new Order created in WooCommerce pull data into Google Sheets”.The fields seem to be correctly mapped etc and my other Zaps for other tables work flawlessly…I know there are 2 Order Lines and it only brings out the first line.Huh?Thanks for any comments though.
