The "Started Order" trigger from Booqable doesn't work despite passing test.

I am about to use the “Started Order” trigger for Booqable, the test went very well, I received the test data till the end or workflow. However, when it was published, it doesn’t triggers when an order is received or started in Booqable. I tried to use other triggers and it’s working, only this specific trigger is not working (which I really need)

 

Is there anyone encountered this or someone who got a fix for this.

Have you tried reaching out to Booqable Support for help troubleshooting their Zap app integration?
