ChatGPT reply bot in Slack issue in uploading attachment in channel

I have created a ChatGPT reply bot in Slack and followed all the instructions provided in this blog https://zapier.com/blog/how-to-build-chatgpt-slack-bot/ ....but i also want the bot to respond when i add a new an attachment to the chat to ask about that attachment, but it is giving me this error response ....(I'm sorry, but it seems the uploaded bill file is not accessible with the tools I have. )

We would need to see detailed screenshots with how your Zap steps are configured to have context.
