403 Error while creating RSS feeds.

Hi! 
Im trying to create an RSS feeds and encountering “403 error” (which i know it say I dont have acess).

I used RSS feed generator “https://rss.app/” (which Zapier themself recomended this tools in one of their tutorials) but still im getting an error.

What can be the resaon? it looks like the RSS generator did a good job, but i dont have acess. what can i do?
