Hello I have the same problem.

My integration with airtable sometimes works in test mode, sometimes doesn’t work in test mode, sometimes works in live mode, and sometimes doesn’t. And I can’t reproduce the results, because when I’m testing the interface is always showing that the test passed, even if the values in the table didn’t change.

I tried recreating the zap and reconnecting my airtable account. Didn’t help.

I have 3 different airtable accounts connected to my zapier acc.

And the worst thing is that sometimes it works but never again

Hi there @ZQDevelopment,

Welcome to the Community! 🎉

I have moved your reply to a new topic. I hope you don’t mind!

Before we dig deeper, could you please try these troubleshooting steps for me?

  1. Turn off the Zap.
  2. Reconnect your Airtable account here: https://zapier.com/app/connections/airtable.
  3. Publish the Zap.
  4. Trigger the Zap while it’s live by creating a new record or updating a record in Airtable.

Could you please give that a try, and let me know how it goes? Thanks!

Hi @ZQDevelopment

Good question.

Airtable Zap app triggers are scheduled meaning those can take from 1-15 minutes to fire depending on your Zapier plan.

The Zap trigger will fire for NEW records, and UPDATED records when the Modified field changes.

I’d also recommend selecting a View to limit the record data based on Filters in the Airtable View.
