This may be a dumb question but I am trying to set up a Zap for when a “new meeting registrant” happens in Zoom, a contact is added to a Hubspot List. When I test each step in the Zap, it seems to work. But when I publish the Zap, it’s not even triggering. I feel like I have tried every possible iteration to get this to work.

Here are the steps I have tried. I have also tried doing “find contact in Hubspot” with the checkbox to create a contact and it still doesn’t work. Any thoughts or help is greatly appreciated!

I did some digging into this, and it seems like the “New Meeting Registrant” trigger requires you to have a Pro plan or higher from Zoom for the trigger to work. Perhaps the Zoom account you're using isn't a Pro account?

Hi @ken.a! Thanks for the response! We do have a Pro plan. I am going to reach out to Zoom today to see if they have any suggestions.
