Changed column title in Smartsheet but it's missing in the Zap

I had to update a colum in smart sheets now it will not pull into zapier to shipsation. When I refresh fields it keeps old title?

URL from Slack Form is duplicated in Zapier

Hello guys,I created a Zap to capture some requests in a structured format. Someone triggers a workflow and gets asked to fill a form. All the form responses are being sent to a private slack channel. Whenever there is an entry in that channel, Zapier captures it and paste it to a different tool. One of the fields in the form is a url field. To test it I just entered www.zapier.com into the URL field of slack workflow. In Slack the URL looks normal. However, in Zapier, it becomes www.zapier.comwww.zapier.com> as you can see in the attached screenshot. Anybody know why this is happening?Thanks!

Struggling with creating a new Google Sheets row

Hey, I’m having trouble with sending data from Bubble > Google Sheets via Zapier. Rather than filling in the next blank row, Zapier is inserting a new row into my spreadsheet, which is messing up my subsequent formulas and pushing the cell i’m pulling from one row down. I’ve made an explainer video here to show what i’m struggling with. Would love any help Thanks in advance, Sharan

Failed to create a contact in Constant Contact: Address format

i’ve created the trigger for constant contact to receive info from quickbooks when a new contact is entered.  the field names seem to be so different - maybe that’s why it won’t work

Slack error: channel_not_found after using normalized field

Hello, I saw previous threads on this but it looks like you’ve fixed the issue. I’m currently not able to detect the channel that was created by a Zap even though there is now a “Channel Name Normalized” Option. I’m trying to invite a user to the channel. The companies did have capital letters (i.e. ABC or Alphabet Corp.), is this still an issue within Zapier or is there something else I’m missing? Thank you!

Hey! I am just trying to create a zap for some of our TikTok campaigns but I am seeing this error message: ‘We're having trouble loading 'Ad Account' data. Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'list')’ Is there a current issue with the Zapier connection to TikTok? Appreciate any help! :)

Missing Records when I try to Snapshot an Airtable view to Google sheets using Transfers

I am having trouble with Transfers. I am trying to get a transfer to take a snapshot of a view in airtable once a week and add the data to a google sheet. There are approx 400 rows. However, every time I try to run it (whether it be "create spreadsheet row" or "Create multiple spreadsheet rows”) it only adds one or two of the rows.  What gives?

Google Ads Lead Form - "Error while retrieving: Cannot read property 'forEach' of undefined Troubleshoot error"

Hello! I am have a Google Lead form and I am trying to trigger a zap when a new lead comes in.There is an integration built into Zapier for this, but when I go to test the trigger I get the following error, “Error while retrieving: Cannot read property 'forEach' of undefined”   I’ve tried skipping the test, but then I don’t have the proper data fields to link to send through to the next app in the chain:

Gravity Forms' Form Submission trigger Missing fields in Live Zap runs.

We tried to connect our Gravityforms to Excel 365.When we test every field is connected and it seems to work.But if we try it with life data, not all the fields are imported in Excel 365.What could be the problem here? Could it be a field setting in Gravityforms? Or is it some setting in zapier?Thank you for your helpJeroen

How to push Slack workflow form data to new row in Smartsheet - getting "Something unexpected went wrong testing this step" error

I’ve set up a new workflow in Slack which contains a form. I want the data from the form responses to be added as a new row in a named Smartsheet. Each question response from the form should be contained within a separate column. When setting this up via Slack, I get the error when testing:  “Something unexpected went wrong testing the step”. See video demo here. What am I doing wrong here? (I can’t seem to mirror the same Zap set-up in the Zap app itself as it will only pull through the data as one long string into a single cell in the Smartsheet and not separate it).

Microsoft Excel: The App returned “Could not obtain a WAC access token."

I have a Zap that has been set and forget for years.  Its essentially a trigger that then adds a new line to EXCEL and populates data.  Pretty simple. Over the last few days I have been getting this error emailed to me: The App returned “Could not obtain a WAC access token."I cannot see what the issue is, any suggestions?

Zapier Paths Performing Only One of the Two Actions

Hi Everyone! I have some conditional actions that should be working like this: Lead fills out a form and gets added to our Google Sheet A Google Sheet “Lookup” of the phone number is performed to see if the lead has previously contacted us before If they have not contacted us before they get an initial welcome text (new lead text) If they have contacted us before, they get a follow up text about the new thing they’ve inquired about (existing customer text) SEE BELOW WHAT’S ACTUALLY HAPPENINGEveryone is getting the “existing customer” message and I’m not sure why. I’m wondering if I’ve accidentally created a loop of some kind.Anyone know how I can fix this?I wonder if it has anything to do with what I have selected below:

Wpforms Status Code 400 Bad Request

So I'm trying to create a several new zaps but i can only get three of the forms to pass the trigger test. Like any other business I’m using different forms to do different things. Using wpforms i was able to create a 6 booking form for my business.Three of this forms are regular forms that include a date time and place for the appointment the other three are duplicates of the fist three but I added a payment method. Everything is identical! The (non payed appointments) pass the trigger test no errors...none.  The forms where the clients needs to pay aren’t able to pass the test.  I duplicated one of the ( regular free booking ) forms to see if me adding the payment section was the problem, but event tho the form is an exact copy of the one that passed the trigger test it was not able to pass the trigger test.So I created a a very similar form from scratch to the ones that passed the trigger test and again i was met with the “Status Code 400 Bad Request”  Do i have a limit of zap i can

Zap error: not updating Mailchimp subscriber

Hello-  My Zap connects Airtable and Mailchimp. I’ve used the template: Add/update subscriber in Mailchimp when new or updated record in Airtable The Zap will send the airtable record to create a new subscriber in mailchimp. It will also update an existing contact if the first or last name is changed. ** If the email address is changed in airtable, a new contact is added to mailchimp instead of updating the email address (even when the first and last names are exactly the same). I’ve selected true (yes) to Update Existing? prompt in the Zap under mailchimp.  Any suggestions? Thanks!

Trello due date triggering a Google Task

Hello! I am new to Zapier and am having trouble with a zap I set up between Trello and Google Tasks. My end goal is that I want a Google task added whenever I assign a due date on a Trello card. I am a solopreneur so who is assigned on the card is unimportant to me. The zap appears to be working sometimes, but not other times. I have 6 cards with assigned due dates and only 2 have been added to my Google tasks. I set the “time before” at 3 weeks to ensure they all show up on my Google tasks even if they won’t be due for a few weeks. I am wondering if perhaps it has to do without the due date being too close??? For example, if I set the due date as tomorrow it won’t trigger, but if I set it for a week from now it will. I would love some assistance with this and appreciate your time and help!

Zapier populating w/Meta Leads but not sending emails

Hi - We are having a problem within Zapier where all of the info from our Lead Gen campaigns is populating (in the Zapier platform), but never gets sent out to the emails on file. We’ve checked spam, etc. and no luck. We also setup Test Zaps to see if it would fire, and it did, so we’re struggling to find out the disconnect.  Any help is appreciated.Thanks!

Creating Airtable Invoice (Supporting Line Items) with Google Docs

Problem: I am having a problem with inserting a table of line items from an Airtable invoice. I am looking for some form of format to not have to use Google Sheets. I try everything and was unable to separate each item into a separate row. I tried formater to use the comma to line break but then the dollar format ($1,000) got all chaotic. It would essentially use the comma in the $1,000 to break it in half and separate it down.Goal: Add Airtable Line Items to Google Docs Invoice that is automated from Zapier.Note: I don't want to use Documint, Quickbooks, Google Sheets, or even Page Designer.
