test trigger not working with clickfunnels

I am trying to run a test for Clickfunnels (to link to Thinkific). I have 2 other zaps that work, but this one is not.The connection is good.The funnel is goodThe step is goodI have a few test purchases, but none are getting through. I have tried testing within a minute and waiting 12 hours. I have used different test ‘names & emails”.The other two zaps are also with Clickfunnels, on the same funnel (different steps). Help please ...

Zap Error: The app returned "Forbidden" (Basecamp to Gtask)

I’ve successfully created zaps from basecamp to Google tasks before but this one is not working. I’m getting an error message “the app returned forbidden”See below: The test actions all work great, but when I turn the Zap on it has an error.Here is a copy of the Zap: https://zapier.com/shared/a0e554e893192ba9db8c3579ef81432ff31df902 I know I have the permissions to create Zaps in this Basecamp project, as I have done so with other Zaps (Loomly to basecamp 3 for one). Thanks in advance for you help!

Create Tweet in Twitter action - @ mention gets removed

Hey folks, I’m trying to tweet from a Google doc, but when I do it removes the @ symbol from mentioned people. I saw this article: https://zapier.com/help/doc/common-problems-twitter but my app doesn’t have a Search Mention trigger. The trigger is just a “Every day at this time”. Any help?

Filter with condition from Jira trigger values

I’m using Jira for zapier over here,My issue is that, I have created a trigger for when a jira ticket is being updated. I want to check when a specific customfield is being updated an email will be sent out. I was also looking into creating like a list/radio button for when an issue is updated and that customfield is updated and the resend email button/list has been checked when the issue updated to send out an email. But it’s not working. Please help.

Firebase/Zapier not finding recent records

Hello, I reported this issue to support but it is jut not working for me that they answes after several hours and that the initial response doesn’t even make sense. I have a Zap to bring data from Firebase but it is not finding recent records. I saw someone else posted the issue but there was no real guidance on this. The only thing the documentation mentions is this: our records need to be ordered lexicographically or by priority so new records appear at the top.A simple way to accomplish this is by calling setWithPriority and using Firebase.ServerValue.TIMESTAMP to order by timestamp.But that’s not helping either.Any guidance on this? Thanks

Post Message to Facebook Group error - "Please reduce the amount of data you're asking for, then retry your request"

I have had a long running (for years) Zap that recently started throwing errors.Last Error Free run was: Jun 05, 2021 12:19:59 pmThe errors appear to be coming from Facebook and consist of "Please reduce the amount of data you're asking for, then retry your request"The odd thing is that the content is still posted to the group. Unfortunatly Zappier does not know this so after many failures it will disable the Zap and I will have to re-enable it.

Google Sheets Zap isn't transferring hyperlinks, only text.

I have a Google Sheets data base that has an embedded link in one of the cells.  The trigger is set up so that when the link is added to that cell, it zaps that (and other information) to a third party.  Everything is going great but the hyperlink isn’t live.  Example--let’s say I’m zapping over the word “potato” the word “potato” gets zapped but the URL behind the word does not.  How do I fix that? Thanks!

Upload Entire Planning Center Table to Dropbox when New Record Added

Hello!Im working on integrating a DataBase for a company and I am having a hard time uploading files automatically into my dropbox. Im working with the software planning center and I would like to update an entire table to drop box every time a new record is added.Any suggestions? Using custom value to select Folder in Dropbox action

I’ve been pulling my hair out on this one but hopefully it’s a simple fix. I’m following a training video on setting up a particular multi step zap. I’m on #7 and now I can’t proceed as the things in the drop down that I’m seeing are not the same as I have in mine. I’ve upgraded both zapier and dropbox, thinking this might correct it but no. This is what I want to see and work through. I’ll put what I see below this image. This is what I see below.   You can see that even in the title the one i want (top image) says “customize text file” and has 4 options. The one I see says “set up action” and the choices are different.  HELPPP! lol. I’m going crazy with this. Thank you!!!!

filters for Pipedrive do not work

Good morning people.I need to do a lead distribution on pipedrive based on which city is filled in the form.For example:If the "City" field is filled with Curitiba or Belo Horizonte, then these leads go to users on pipedrivetariane.costa@pegaki.com.br and diego.paiva@pegaki.com.brNow, if the "City" field is filled with any other city, then it goes to the user alex@pegaki.com.brWhat have I tried?I used the path and conditions according to the images attached here.What was the result?Leads are always duplicated, all leads go to Alex. Apparently this second filter does not work correctly.Can someone help me?

How to get social media analytics data using Zapier?

Hi Everyone !First time for me posting a message in the community. I always found my ways with all the great topics in the community but this time I am struggling. I taking my chance and hope someone else encounter the same situation. Context : I am trying to create from scratch a social media analytics base in Airtable. Meaning that I would like to get all available data from Twitter, Facebook, Linkedin and Instagram as soon I post a message.I would like to retrieve with Zapier (number of followers, number of fans, number of views, likes, etc) for any social media tools I am using. My Issue : I could retrieve few data || When using the trigger “My tweet”, I can access few information but not for example the number of likes or views. The same goes with other social media tools. Question : Did anyone encounter this issue and if so is there a way to retrieve all those datas with Zapier ?Looking forward to any answer :)

Zap not pulling repeat customer data from Wix form to Microsoft Excel

I have set up a Zap to pull data into an excel spreadsheet from a Wix enquiry form. This is working for new customers but if the person has sent a previous enquiry, the data doesn’t pull through from wix to excel. I only realised then when I was testing the Zap by adding my own details to the enquiry form, if I added random names and addresses it works perfectly but doesn’t pull anything through with my name and address on the form. Does anyone have any ideas on how this can be fixed?

Twitter to Discord Zap - how to show original tweet when I retweet

Hi everyone! I have a question, hope somebody can help me.i have setup a zapp Twitter - Discord. Because i want everything that i tweet also posted in my special Discord twitter channel.This is what i have setup now. Just the URL. This works really good when i make my own tweet.but the problem is when a retweet a tweet from somebedoy else with a answer or without. It will only shows my answer and when i just retweeted it it will only shows the url of the retweet and not the complete tweet. And that looks really weird on Discord. It looks like this this is a retweet where a answered with something: It’s 5G now! Is my answer. And behind that it shows only a url of the tweet i answered to. But is it possible that it will show the complete tweet so you can also see the text a reacted to? And its the same problem when i didnt do a retweet but i just reacted to a tweet. It will only shows my reaction and behind the the url i reacted on. wich message text command do i need to add to make this

How to post tweet from Wordpress blog with image

Help setting up the fields in my WP to Twitter zap? I want my newest post from my Wordress blog to post too twitter automatically. I want a link to the blog post with a pic and a brief excerpt of the post. I’ve added the except and link actions but the excerpt is the only thing that shows up in the tweet. I don’t know what to add to get an image to show.

Handling Clearbit "Find Company by Domain" failure

Hi there, What is the best way to handle when the Clearbit "Find Company by Domain" action fails? As shown in the attached image “Should This Step Be Considered A "success" When Nothing Is Found?” has been set to true. In the subsequent Python step I use the “[Dummy]” value so that the Python code should never fail because “Cb_company” is empty in the case that Step 4 does not return a company name. However, as shown in the attached image Step 5 and the subsequent steps which are dependent on Step 5 fail because Step 4 fails. I do not think this should be happening since “Should This Step Be Considered A "success" When Nothing Is Found?” has been set to true but I wanted to ask the community first before reporting this as a bug to Zapier.

Tag Mailchimp subscribers based on data from a previous step

Back again with another question on the mailchimp tags.I have created a zap that integrates google forms and mailchimp. One of the questions on the form is they subscribe to the newletter. We have however noticed that some people are opting out and we had not put into consideration this as we were setting up the zap. Kindly let me know how to go about this i.e: not assigning the newsletter tag is someone opts out TIA

Does Parser by Zapier have any limit?

Hi everyone,I already know Parser by Zapier has a limit of 25Mb per email.Since this morning a Zap that was correctly working stopped doing so. The starting trigger is Mail Parser by Zapier and it seems like its not receiving emails correctly. Not every email, just the one I actually care about.The Parser is set in such a way to create a new card on Trello with email subject as card title, email body as description of the card and email attachments as card attachments.the attachments are ALWAYS PDFs with a size between 1.5 and 2.5Mb. I tried everything and it seems like parser is correctly working with email with no attachments and emails with small attachments. I have no idea what to do and what to look for to fix this problem.PS. Sorry if this thread is incorrectly placed, this is my first time posting here.

Zapier creating to many records Looping

I have a Trigger from a Knack a no code platform and in the Data it sends the row contains Name some other information and then cities . It might have 1 city 3 cities 5 cities its different every time . Each city is always separated by a comma.  So I my next step is to create a row in google sheets which I need to basically create a separate row with all the same data except for each with the different city in the triggered data.  I am using this data for a lookup later in another Zap and doing a lookup in GSheets you cant lookup and find data in a column that as example Tampa if the city row contains for example Tampa, Orlando, Miami. So in my loop City was the loop field name and Address was my area field containing the 3 fields. It seemed to work correctly when testing and dropped 3 separate record into GSheets each with the different city. When I did it live it dropped 9 records so the 3 separate records with he 3 different cities times 3. Below is my loop,

Facebook Lead Ads Zap not triggering

I am using trigger to import Facebook leads Ads in our sql server database. When I click on “test trigger” it insert a new row in my database but trigger is not working automatically as we got multiple leads but it is not saving in database.And under trigger event I have selected new leads(instant) but still not getting any leads. Kindly help. Thanks.
