Hello ,

 

I have used a Transfer to copy email messages from Gmail to Tutanota (crypted mail).

 

please find below what I have done :

The transfer seems to work fine except that there were 2 attachments and the message sent to Tutanota

keeps only the last attachment.

We don’t have access to your zaps here in Community but we’re still happy to troubleshoot as much as we can! Are you able to clarify a bit more about your expected workflow?

Sometimes it helps to phrase it in the form of "When this happens in pblank] app, do that in /blank] app." Any screenshots you can share (with personal details obscured) of your trigger and action setup would be super helpful too.

One other question and I know this may sound silly - do the attachments have two different file names? Unfortunately the zap won’t trigger if the attachment file names are identical. 😔
