Typeform and MySQL Connection Error

Has anyone ran into an issue connecting Typeform and MySQL? I contacted Siteground, the host company, where I checked the IP, database, username, and password. I’ve also whitelisted Zapier’s IP 54.86.9.50 and IP 0.0.0.0 but I am still getting this error message: We hit an error adding your new accountauthentication failed: Could not connect with uxjghsl0ugpes and provided password. The response we got from the server is included below for debugging purposes. When I run an UPDATE CONSTANT CONTACT Zap, I get this error: The app returned "Invalid ID. Acceptable formats are positive longs or UUIDs". What could be the problem?

Zapier Wordpress Integration - 403 Access Error.

Hey there, I hope you are all well. I figured this deserves a post, so here I am.I've only recently discovered Zapier and the insane possibilities it affords, which is fantastic in and of itself. However, I feel like some pre-built connections are dangerous, such as the one I'll be covering in this post. They shouldn't be the standard solution for anyone not savvy enough to know it might do some serious harm.In this scenario, I'm talking about the WordPress Integration offered by Zapier. Personally, I was hoping to connect Zapier to my blog in the hopes of setting up some automation for sharing new posts to various social feeds. So, I found the app on Zapier, and there's a template for that, cool right? We will see...So I set about connecting Zapier and WordPress together. Hubspot event: Updated Deal Stage - not working

Hello everyone :) I am having an issue with one specific event available in the Hubspot app: Updated Deal StageFor some reasons, when a deal is set in the stage “live”, the event doesn’t pick it up and there is no trace of it whatsoever, even though I made several tests and tried to recreated the same situation with other zaps. With other stages it’s fine, I only have an issue with stage “live” Could it be because the ID of the stage looks so different from the others? Hope someone can help meBest,Fabri

Hello,I try to change my twitter profile picture for each new follower.So I created the following zap New followers -> change profile picture -> change profile picture -> change profile picture I put several times change profile picture hoping that the picture is different each time.But unfortunately there is only the first picture that works.I wonder how to make the image different each time for each new follower I would like to put 5 images like I tried above

Meetup.com stopped working: "The app returned "REST API support will stop on January 31, 2022, please switch to the new GraphQL API." error

Greetings,I have been using meetup.com as the trigger, but I just got an error message saying “The app returned "REST API support will stop on January 31, 2022, please switch to the new GraphQL API." It looks like Meetup has switched from REST to GraphQL. How do I fix this in my Zap?Thanks,Shane.

Trainerize Error "no privilege to access user data"

Hi, I am trying to setup Aweber + Trainerize. I used one of their share zaps so that when there is a new subscriber on aweber we can add that subscriber to a Trainerize program. But I am getting an error when testing it.It says “No privilege to access user data”. I have tried to check on Trainerize but I don’t find anything, so I was wondering if any of you guys can help me to figure out the solution for it.Thanks in advance.

Anyone else have the issue that scheduling Slack posts causes the Bot Icon to not appear?

I have a Zap where the last step is to post to Slack at a scheduled time.When I test my Zap everything works perfectly. When I actually deploy my Zap the bot name defaults back to “Zapier” and the Bot Icon is removed. Links also expand even though I have Auto-Expand Links set to false and they don’t expand in the test.The only thing that I change after testing is to add the “Schedule At” scheduled run time. I have to take this out to test because otherwise it will throw an error and not complete the test. Therefore, I think that somehow adding a scheduled runtime is causing my Zap to lose its name, its bot icon, and its link expansion setting.Anyone else have this issue? How can I fix it and why does it happen?

Connection to Xero not working, but connection from Xero is working...

I have three Zaps connecting Salesforce and Xero, two of these have Xero triggers and update records in Salesforce, the third has a Salesforce trigger and updates a record in Salesforce.The first two Zaps are working fine, but when I try to the test the Salesforce triggered Zap I get an error that Zapier cannot connect to Xero.  I hve tried re-connecting and have verified that the link to Xero is working, as is shown by the other two Zaps working fine, so i can't work out what is going wrong.  Does anyone have any ideas?

Not sure what to select for Message Text field to get Tweet text

So i do not know what to try anymore. Each step is ok, until i reach “Set up action” . I am trying to get tweeter feeds from a list or from various members. But i do not know what to write in the “ Message Text” or what to put there. Everytime a person tweets all i get is whatever is in “Message Text” and not the tweet. And its a required box. What option from there should i be chosing, or….what am i doing wrong. 2 days and i still have not figure it out...sigh

YouTube to Twitter: Trigger happens to be late (2 hr delay)

My YouTube video was published at 10am (IST) but zapier triggers only around 12pm? Why is the 2 hr gap delay?We like to trigger it as soon it gets released from my youtube channel.

Moodle Enrolled User - Error when testing the trigger “An Enrolled Student could not be found. Cannot read property 'shortname' of undefined”.

Trying to have Zapier pull the information from Moodle on when a New Student is Enrolled in Course. When testing the trigger, I get,“An Enrolled Student could not be found.Cannot read property 'shortname' of undefined”. I have users enrolled in the course that I am trying to test. The latest enrollment was from yesterday.

RSS by Zapier error with Squarespace "unidentified entity"

I can get the RSS Zapier working with other RSS feeds.  And I can get my Squarespace news page working with other RSS readers (NetNewsWire and Feedly).But I don’t seem to be able to get my own Squarespace news RSS page to work. I use the “…./news?format=rss” format but get this error message when I test it:This doesn’t give me enough information to troubleshoot the problem. Any ideas?

Google Calendar Find not detecting event, getting an error.

Hi,I have a Wordpress Gravity forms that we use to open customer files (for our clinic). In this form, we schedule the meetings for assessments through a nested form. All of that works fine.When submitted, the form creates the meetings in Google Calendar through a first ZAP. We are able to push the submitted data to the Update event ZAP but, the ZAP won’t find the event even though we are so specific. OneDrive Trigger: File Contents too big

Hi, I’m using the OneDrive Trigger “New File in One Drive” and I’m trying to get a .json file from it.The file size is about 130 kb but I’m always getting the error “File Contents too big”.I already set “Include file object?” option to “No” but this does not help either.Is there any workaround known for that or anything else I can do about it?

Zapier only pulling in the first 20 custom fields

Hey Zapier Community,I am encountering a problem where Zapier is only pulling in the first 20 custom fields, similarly described in this thread from 2020. According to the previous answer, this was flagged as an issue with the ManyChat Zapier integration.I am currently trying to set a new field in ManyChat via Zapier, but Zapier is no longer able to pull in all my fields and I am unable to set the new field. I’ve attached a photo of the error message to this post. How can I get Zapier to pull in all my fields from ManyChat as it previously did?
