Zap error: Required field “First Name” (firstName) is missing

I’m new here, trying to set up my first zap but I keep getting an error message; Required field “First Name” (firstName) is missing. I’m trying to set up a wix website lead form to populate our CRM call Spark. I’ve scoured the internet to no avail. If anyone has any insight, I would appreciate the help. Thanks!

Failed to create a quick post in Mighty Networks: The app returned "Asset must be an image"

Hi! I’m trying to do an integration with instagram and mighty networks. I’d like a post to appear in mighty networks when I post to instagram, but I’m having trouble getting it to work properly. Unable to map Shopify's shipping field to Salesforce.

We have been utilizing the legacy "New Paid Order" Zap event to pull Order info into Salesforce including the Shipping Address details. I went in to update the Zap and noticed that the legacy  "New Paid Order" event is deprecated and tried switching to the new instant  "New Paid Order," but am unable to map any of Shopify's Shipping fields into Salesforce now.When I search the Insert Data values, I only find customer, billing, and fulfillment addresses, which are not always the same as the shipping address.Here's an example of what I'm seeing: Let me know if I'm missing something. HubSpot error: The request is not valid errors: Error in 'fields.TICKET.ticket_priority'.

When making a zap that submits a hubspot form...if the form contains ticket fields (as all forms that automatically creates tickets do) zapier fails with the following: Failed to create a form in HubSpotThe request is not valid errors: Error in 'fields.TICKET.ticket_priority'. Required field 'TICKET.ticket_priority' is missing Error in 'fields.TICKET.subject'. Required field 'TICKET.subject' is missing Error in 'fields.TICKET.content'. Required field 'TICKET.content' is missing This is despite the fact that those fields show up in the editor and have data assigned to them. In fact - when the test action is run - you can see the data properly identified in the form content field previews.It seems that the way zapier is accessing the ticket based fields in a form is broken.  All other fields can be used without an issue.Does anyone have a solution for this?  I don’t want to directly create the ticket from zapier as the submitting the form is useful to gather additional information.

While requesting "dev_method" from DocuSign we ran into an error

Trying to track a DocuSign envelope within Airtable via Zapier… all should work fine but I’m getting this errorFailed to find a record in AirtableWhile requesting "dev_method" from DocuSign we ran into an error: Error fetching form data: Your selected Docusign account does not have access to form data. Affiliatly to Flodesk testing Ok but not running

Hello there- I’ve set up a zap to add new Affiliatly affiliate signups to flodesk. When I test it, the information pulls into Flodesk just fine.  However, it isn’t pulling in the information when new people sign up. I’ve double-checked the mapping, and everything seems fine there.  Additionally, when I go to history, there are no zap runs, so I don’t have any errors there. It seems as if the date is not sending from Affiliatly in order to trigger the zap??

JotForm(WP) to Podio - Creates 2 tasks instead of 1

Hi experts, I just integrated Jotform(WP) with Podio. The goal was to create a Podio task upon successful form submission. Everything works fine, however, 2 tasks are being created on Podio instead of 1. One task has all the data that I am passing and the other task is empty. This happens for every new form submission. I have only one ZAP in my account. Can somebody help me figure out the issue? Thanks!

Unable to capture ManyChat user information.

Hello,I've been using the ManyChat WhatsApp bot to gather user information, including their first name, last name, and email. I've set up a trigger using Zapier to activate a process when all three pieces of information are collected. While I've successfully configured the trigger (ManyChat action) and action (Zoom Pro account), it appears that ManyChat isn't capturing the information as intended.Is there a way I can troubleshoot and debug this issue? Has anyone else achieved success with a similar approach? I'd like to find a solution without resorting to the webhook route. Thank you for your assistance!

Update event Zap isn't working when a row is updated, and I need help with EventID configuration.

I seem to have it working to create the event but it is not updating when the row is updated. I believe I have an error in the way I have set-up the update event zap - maybe in the event field as I understand there needs to be an eventid but I am not sure how to configure this. Please see screenshots.

Zapier pushing its own messages from Teams

I am testing out the tool to help two organizations communicate (one uses Teams the other Slack and no one wants to change). I have been able to make it push from Slack with no problems, but when it pushes from Teams it is sending its own messages posted from Slack. What is the best way to prevent this?

Twitch to Reddit Zap: Not recognizing followed streamer's name.

twitch -> reddit. Zapier is not showing me name of a streamer i have followed for over a year. I search for ‘Moa’ and nothing is found. I have let it sit there several minutes. Should see MoatSimulator unable to add custom name. no entry box or place to type. I have tried just typing, doesn’t work not much else needed, something is broken and I need help fixing it. Terrible that Zapier provides zero support. How do you expect us to pay for a paid plan, if your zaps don’t work?

My Zap is still running even though it's turned off.

I created a Zap couple of weeks ago. Basically it’s forwarding email (Gmail) from certain sender and with certain subject to certain address. Today I found out that this Zap was working although it was turned off… 🤔

Zap issue: Incomplete task & notification delay in 70-Step workflow

I have a zap that’s 70 tasks long. It on average takes 5 minutes to complete, which is great compared to how long it took the person to complete it before.  There is one task within it that occasionally doesn’t complete the first time it runs, and adding a delay doesn’t resolve it. It generally has been resolving just by running again. Not sure the issue, and it really doesn’t matter, because it completes.  The issue is related to the potential delay and receiving notification when the zap completes. How can I get notified at the completion of a zap.

Unable to see "Employee name" in data we get from BrightHR when creating a Salesforce record.

Hi, I was trying to access Zapier for BrightHR (Leave) ↔ Salesforce Integration possibilities. I created a connection from BrightHR and used a leave record to create a salesforce record. Failed to create an item in monday.com: Invalid value for undefined on undefined. Item not found

Here is my overall goal: to feed information from a Salesforce Account and its corresponding Opportunity and Opportunity Products into a Monday board. Then, update specific corresponding cells in Monday when either the Stage or other specific fields change.  Right now, I have two Zaps set up:The first Zap: takes care of creating the row in Monday with the information from the Account, Opportunity, & Opportunity Products. I think i have set this up successfully - it seems to work when I did the test. Here is the flow I am using: Trigger: Updated field on Record in Salesforce Action 1: Find Record in Salesforce (pulling in Account information) Action 2: Find Record in Salesforce (pulling in the Opportunity information) Action 3: Find Record in Salesforce (pulling in the Opportunity Product information) Action 4: Create item in Monday.com **I want to note that I am sending over into a field within Monday the corresponding opportunity ID so I can use that to find what row I need t

GetForm submissions won't load onto Google Sheet

Will a delay filter look back at the original trigger for updated information

I have set up a zap that pushes Hubspot deal information into Google ads to help with conversion tracking.The trigger is for when a hubspot deal is created.  I have added a delay to allow the hubspot admins to fill out deal amount values I have a filter to make sure an email is present Then it sends off to Google AdsMy question is if Zapier will look at the Hubspot deal information again after the delay so all the most recent data is in there, or is just the original deal information at the point of the trigger being pushed?If it is only the original information, can someone tell me how I would be able to update deal information again before sending. Thank you in advance!

Unable to send all fields, email, and dropdown values from HubSpot.

Hi,Some fields are not sending to hubspot. I contacted hubspot support but they are saying that its something wrong from Zapier side. I tried and check all troubleshooting at my end but still issue is not identifying so can you please help me to fix the issue.We also have email issue. Our email is not setting here. Trouble with Wisp Form+ Google Sheets Automation - NO DATA OUT

The integration used to work perfectly but after a few days, the Zap successfully runs but the DATA OUT says no data so I’m not able to get data from the forms into the sheet at all.
