Hi I’m trying to set a zap up so that a form filled out on my Squarespace site will make a new item in my podio database/app. This is to collect leads for rental properties. Most fields show up correctly, but multiple choice/radio button in my Squarespace form won’t sync correctly in Podio. E.g. if a customer picks one choice with the radio button in the form i want the corresponding choice to show up in the podio item. Right now when setting up the zap, i can only pick a set choice from the form, so all entries end up with the same set choice in podio. Hope you understand.
I have linked Person and organisation from jotform to pipedrive to generate a new record in pipedrive from web lead enquiries. This part of the process works fine. I want to create a Lead for new records automatically uploaded into Pipedrive. I added a step to the aforementioned process to “Create Lead” but I keep getting an error relating to the person field in “Create Lead”, can you advise and no new lead is created?

Hello team,I am trying to see if Zapier is something we can use, as we want to have automations.The action needs to be a new email that needs to be sent to the customer. We receive the email from the platform as the trigger (Watch email), and I want to use the customer email address which is mentioned in the email content (see attachment).Also, I want to use the information such as date of booking and booked for amount of people in the email content of the new email. How am I able to do this? I am new to this so any help is appreciated. :)

Hi, I am trying to create a Zap that updates an existing row on an excel spreadsheet once the Deal Stage has been updated on Hubspot for the corresponding deal stage however I keep getting the message “The argument is invalid or missing or has an incorrect format” upon testing. I ahve read previous replies to a problem like this but am unsure what it means when it is said “it needs to be mapped from Step 1 to 3”? Please can i have some clarification on this?

I am hoping there is a ‘show and tell’ from another tour operator using Zaiper, on how to set this up correctly.I am trying to set up automation with Xero to record all the payments paid out to suppliers and agents for each customers booking.I am a small tour operator in Australia using Fareharbour, and receiving bookings from Tripadvisor, Viator, Getyourguide etc. So i pay a commision to the agent and also the suppliers for experiences - such as crocodile river cruises etcId like to see how to configure all the information into Xero (or any other accounting software) ? using zaps, tables or however it needs to be configured.
Does anyone know how we can sync Notion pages with Intercom help center articles? We have our FAQ directory stored in Notion and we’d like to have Intercom help center automatically updated accordingly every time a FAQ is changed or created in Notion. Yet, I can’t seem to find a way to trigger Notion page changes (only database entries), nor any Intercom actions related with the help center.
Meta sure doesn’t make it easy to post photos to IG. I have spent the greater part of the day trying to set up an integration between Zapier and IG. I have gone through the following steps:Created a FB Page Created an Instagram Account Changed the account to a business account Connected to IG for Business via Zapier using my FB login credentials When going through the steps I granted access to the Professional (Business) Account Provided access to the Page This was confirmed in the “Business Integration” settings within my personal FB settings Within the Meta Business Suite Provided IG account access to the FB Page Provided the FB Page access to IG Ensured I have full control of both FB Page & IG Account I still cannot find the IG Account when setting up my zap - what am I missing?! Any support is appreciated!

I can’t seem to find this information from the Insights section on the Developer page, which only shows the frequency our own triggers and actions are being used.

We are currently enhancing the Freshsales Classic App in Zapier. We are currently facing one issue in one of the action, “Create Deal” in Freshsales Classic.Issue:Scenario 1: (Passing as Fixed Values)When we give fixed value to an integer type input, we are getting proper value in “bundle.action_fields_raw” Scenario 2: (Passing as Dynamic Values from triggers) When we pass a custom field value from trigger, we are getting not proper value in “bundle.action_fields_raw”.Instead of values, we are getting the placeholder. In my source sheet, I have 100 new rows added every week. In my destination sheet, I want the first 100 rows to always be replaced by the latest 100 rows added to the source sheet. Ex: week 1, the 100 rows in my destination sheet would be the same as the source sheet. In week 2, the 100 rows in my destination sheet would be row 100-200 in my source sheet. Is there a way to set this up with a Zapier integration? Thanks!
I am trying to do a Google Sheet Lookup Spreadsheet Rows, from a Xero Trigger. The Xero value is the Item Code of the item(s) sold, and usually there’s more than one at once. How do I lookup multiple values at once so that I can adjust each product inventory quantity?
Hi everyone,I have particular lessons in a Mighty Network platform that I want to issue specific credentials for through Accredible.I have created a zap for Course Progress (trigger) to issue a credential but I can’t seem to filter the trigger to only be for course updates for particular lessons.Has anyone been through this before?I was thinking I could do an interim step of adding details to an excel sheet, and then only issuing credentials if a particular lesson is identified but it doesn’t seem to pull the lesson ID so that probably wouldn’t work either.Kind regards,Lauren
I created a Zap triggered by a Squarespace form submission to create a new Slack message in a private channel. The demo message created by the test looks perfect, but after I published it Slack messages from actual form submissions are formatted incorrectly. I am using Zapier for the first time and I am setting up a trigger. When someone (a lead) completes a form in Dubsado it triggers to create a form submission in Kajabi. I am receiving the following warning: “Please set up required fields.” I chose the Kajabi form in the dropdown and the fields populated below. I did use the API key to connect Dubsado and Zapier.I don't know what the warning means or what I need to do. It doesn’t indicate which fields. I'm not able to test or continue until this is corrected, and I don't know how to correct it. All the Dubsado form fields are required so no field should be blank. The Help bot was useless, and I couldn’t find out how to correct the problem when I search the Help area. I’d appreciate any guidance. Thanks.
I can successfully pull across whole notes from OneNote pages into Monday.com, but I only wish to pull across items that have a ToDo checkbox with corresponding information. I can’t see a trigger for this. Please help?!

I have a form coming from Wix by the time this email gets to keap it is adding ema to the beginning of each emai. The data in wix looks right but something that zap is doing is adding those characters and I can not figure out how to fix it. See screen shot. The email is johndoe@email.com but see how is shows emai in the front?
Trying to use the Docusign connector but get the following error message Could not create signature request: INVALID_REQUEST_PARAMETER: The request contained at least one invalid parameter. A document was defined without setting the 'name' field.
During the checkout process of my website there is a text box that allows customers to include a request. I am currently using “Order Recieved” from Square as a trigger for a zap, and the Order information includes a section for Customer Notes, but it is always blank. Is there anything I can do about this? None of the information is included in any of the data lines I see.
