During the checkout process of my website there is a text box that allows customers to include a request. I am currently using “Order Recieved” from Square as a trigger for a zap, and the Order information includes a section for Customer Notes, but it is always blank. Is there anything I can do about this? None of the information is included in any of the data lines I see.

Try turning the Zap ON and testing live to see if the data comes thru on the Zap Run, which you can check here: https://zapier.com/app/history/
Or try adding a Square Find Order step to the Zap to see if that returns the desired data point.
