Hi all, I am trying to complete what I hope is a fairly simple task. I have a tally.so form that I am using a zap to generate a template google doc. Everything works great but Zapier is interpreting yes or no questions as true/false values from Tally. I would like to simply rename these values as ‘Yes’ or ‘No’ when exported to the Google doc. I have had a look at the lookup table function on formatter but I don’t seem able to get this to work. Is there a simple way to complete this? Many thanks

Hello,This is for our Recurring Team meeting every Monday. I'm struggling with sharing Zoom links for our recurring Monday meetings in our Slack channel. Our meetings are prescheduled in Zoom, but there’s no option to easily retrieve and share these links automatically in Slack. Using Zap "Create New Meeting" for each session isn't an option since our meetings are already set up to recur in Zoom. We want to keep the benefits of prescheduled meetings without manually sharing links each week. Has anyone figured out a workaround or a tool that helps with automating the sharing of Zoom meeting links for recurring meetings in Slack? Thanks for any suggestions!
Hey guys, how are you doing?I have a Sheet that is connected with Google BigQuery, and we recorded a macro that updates this sheet everyday at midnight. Today we have more than 500 records that are being pushed from BigQuery as rows, and as result, we face this message in Google Sheets:Translating to English:“End of Visualization. This view shows the first 500 rows. Graphs, pivot tables and functions use the entire data set."If I connect a Zap to this tab in my sheet, it will trigger for the new data that is added when the macro runs? Or I need to make a workaround to solve this?Just to make clear the purpose of this automation: for every record that is added on our BigQuery database, we want to send an NPS email.What do you guys suggest?
I have tried to implement this with Teachable for one European country but it fails miserably and i need to redesign the course payment page and options for a B2B particularly small companies way. I am looking for a combination of apps and zaps that could give me this specific outcome. OUTCOME: A small company wants to buy one or multiple courses for their affiliates on my teachable school/and or my CLICK FUNNEL. The school needs to have all this perks : it needs to receive a receipts with the school VAT number, name and address for the total amount paid and for each or the courses bought. ---→ this is currently not easy or not possible in Teachable Europe as the combine together the buyer and the course attendee into one single persona. The company needs to enroll one or more affiliates to the course but they do not want to have the billing information and billing persona the same as the actual enrolled students. The issue is I don’t have this option for a copied spreadsheet (it appears as only one workbook to select). I know this is not the right place to start, but I know Zapier will somehow play a roll in end process regardless. Not sure what webapp we would need, or options, but I would like to create a shared contact phone and email list that updates dynamically as entries are added or removed from the master list. Id like to be able to give our upper level staff a link to subscribe to this list similar to a subscribed calendar. And that way their phones/devices are updated automatically as things are added and removed. Any suggestions on where to start?
When I scan a business card in Covve Business Card scanner and add a note, the note does not transfer into the new contact made in Less Annoying CRM. The field in LACRM just says "Scanned with Covve Business Card Scanner" I have the paid version.
Im trying to record the purchases from my eBay store to Square. I see that Square has an invoice creation option that I can manually do for each previous sale but I didn’t want to if I didn’t have to and also want the ability for future sales to be automatically recorded.Does anybody know how to set this up? I’m new here
Trello zap not functioning correctly when trying to use add attachments option, but ONLY when using the find card option. Currently have trello mapped as; Docusign Envelope completed - Step 2, Locate card based on first and last name data from docusign (Step 2 success, card located) Step 3, add completed docusign from step 1, to trello as attachment. When doing this, it returns the following message. This message disappears if I use the add comment option. It seems to be exclusively an issue with identifying the card, but only when an attachment is associated with it. Comments, checklists, etc all function fine. Does anyone know a workaround with this, or is this a trello side error that needs to be corrected? I ran in to this same issue with JotForm to Trello, so it is not a docusign issue. I found a workaround for Jotform, but if this underlying trello issue can be resolved, my company workflow would substantially improve.
Hey there, i’m looking to automate the process of uploading zoom recordings to YouTube and to LearnDash LMS. So far, you only can add or remove users from LearnDash, you can’t do videos.Is there any way around this?To be specific, I want zapier to upload videos onto a course/topic in LearnDash with a given template.
We’re using Unbounced to create and collect popup leads as well as the usual landing pages and deposit them in MIcrosoft Dynamics CRM Online. Anyway, we edited the popup in Unbounced and split the name field from just having “Name” to “First Name” and “Last Name”. This was saved and republished in Unbounced.Then we went into Zapier to edit the pre-existing popup lead zap so that the First Name field in Zap Editor is actually mapped to “First Name” in the popup form, however we cannot find “Form Data First Name” data input under the header, same for the last name field.These are default fields in Dynamics and also in the Zap Editor. But the “First Name” and “Last Name” field on the Unbounced forms are not populating for selection? Edit: Never mind. I figured it out zzz. I had to submit the new form after the chances on our website, then Unbounced captured it, which allowed Zapier to then see it after I refreshed the event segment of the Zap editor.
Hi, I’ve been trying to figure out how to automate a series of two emails, using Google Sheets and Gmail automations in Zapier. The logic should be fairly easy, based on a sent/not sent filtering.Here is a quick explanation about how it should work:there is a Google sheet with 3 columns: Email address, Mail 1, Mail 2 An email address is added to column Email, and the text “Not sent” is inserted under both Mail 1 and Mail 2 The email address should receive Mail 1 after 1 hour of being added to Google sheets The automation should change the status under Mail 1 from “Not sent” to “Sent” The email address should receive Mail 2 after 2 hours, from the moment when it received Mail 1The Zapier sequence I created for this is as follows:New spreadsheet row in Google Sheets Filter: Only continue if Mail 1 column exactly matches Not Sent Delay for 1 hour Send email in Gmail Update Spreadsheet row in Google Sheet Mail 1 is updated to Sent Delay for 2 hours Only continue if Mail 1 column exactly m
I’ve been working on a Zap that will take every event for the day on an Office 365 Calendar (one that we’re asking staff to “invite” to any out-of-office events) and post it to a MS Teams channel. I got it working for single-day events by using a digest with the trigger being the event “starting”, but I just realized that it doesn't post multi-day events each day, so if someone creates an event for a whole week, it’ll only include that event on the list for the first day. Any suggestion on how to fix this (or do the zap a different way to accomplish my end goal)? Here’s what I have at the moment:
I use Streak CRM with multiple pipelines and about 40 000 clients. I use the same database in mailchimp for email marketing. How can I keep the database updated. For example if someone unsubscribes from the mailchimp I want them moved to a stage but the problem is usually user indentification. We started using streak in 2012 (yeah 12 years ago...) and the database has been developed continously. I have now new clients comig in from webshops and also recorded by hand when a call comes in etc. What do you recommend how to keep everything in sync and upto date?
We currently use the Sales Order Zap that pushes google sheets Sales Order data to our Katana MRP system. Is there a way for Zapier to add in 2 more fields to this Zap: 1) Customer Ref 2) Additional Info? Looking on Katana MRP’s developer portal, I see they have script for both fields: https://developer.katanamrp.com/reference/create-sales-order We are able to sync up all other detail to our Sales Orders in Katana, however, we are manually going into each Sales Order and entering the Customer Ref and Additional Info from our google sheet.

Hello,I am trying to use Zapier to track ko-fi item sales, but I do all my inventory tracking in Square since I haven’t done much online commerce until now. I have gotten to the point where I can make the Zaps affect my Square inventory, but I can’t figure out how to tell the test transactions to be related to a specific item; e.g. right now the sample transaction is just something random, but I can’t figure out how to tell the Zap to look at only a specific ko-fi item. So right now any time anyone buys any hypothetical thing, items A, B, C, D, E, or F, on my ko-fi, it subtracts inventory from item A in square, even if someone bought an Item B and C. I see the “Shop item code” field in the trigger zap, but I can’t find what that specific code would be in kofi, and doing it by name with the “Shop Item Variant Name” seems to not be working.EDIT: I have tried to buy an item from myself to populate a record and it does not appear to be showing up when i pull for records, help troubleshooti
Hi there,I’d like to pull some data from Zoom that doesn’t seem to be natively available in Zapier. I’m assuming that I use the API Zoom Beta tool or the Webhooks option here inside of Zapier. I am completely lost as to how to handle the “endpoint URL” piece. I went down a deep hole today on the internet trying to figure that out. Can someone point me to a professional that does that endpoint URL setup for you? From there, I think I can handle it. Discovered I need to enable Events inside of my Zoom account and make an internal app. But I am just lost on how to proceed.
I have a question regarding a zap Scheduleonce and Convertkit. I want to know how can I link ScheduleOnce to ConvertKit and only send emails to those who signed up using a specific booking link? I do not want everyone who makes a booking to receive the same email, but it seems Zapier only allows for one ConvertKit sequence to be selected. I hope I explained it clearly and I really need help urgently 😁
Fellow Zapiers,Looking for confirmation that the Salesforce app integration uses the Salesforce Classic APIs, not the newer Salesforce Lightning APIs. Thru testing, I’ve confirmed the Salesforce app action to “Create Attachment” uses the Salesforce Classic APIs, because attachments don’t appear in the Salesforce Lightning view for an Object, but does appear in the Salesforce Classic view for an Object if using the proper Layout sections.Same is true, if using “Create Record” to for the “Attachment” Object or “Note” Object.Also, “File” is NOT available as an Object to select when using the “Create Record” action. I need to connect a 3rd Party app to my Salesforce org to Create a new Custom Record in a corresponding Account - Accounts have Unique SFID in 3rd party app - once created I then need Zapier to Update the SF Record anytime the Record is Updated in the 3rd Party App. More work after this, but this is a start. FYI 3rd App works with Zapier and has “New Record” and “Update Record” capabilities already setup in Zapier. I just cannot figure out how to connect the two systems.
