Hi - I use Clickup and Basecamp. I’ve set up a Zap to create To Dos in Basecamp from Clickup. I’d also like to be able to mark Basecamp To Dos as complete from Clickup but this option isn’t available - is there a work around? Thanks

Hello, i use zapier with my google nest hub. While everything were working fine, suddenly when i try to talk to zapier in my google assistant i have the respond: “sorry zapier is no longer available”. My zaps are on and seems to work when i test them in the site, also my google assistant has still access in the advanced settings. Anyone else facing the same problem, or found any solution? Complete story: I am trying to create a ticketing system within Slack - here is what I'm trying to design: Users fill out a form within slack - fields like [Product Name] and [Description] - basic stuff. Once the post is made on the channel, I want Zapier to trigger a zap that digests the post, and based on the [Product Name] they select, copy the description of the issue and body of message and transfer that information to a separate slack (product specific) channel. Here is an example of the form output: Form Output Problem: the message sends to the channel, BUT, it is formatted incorrectly and doesn't have the correct logic in place to recognise the specific section of the message that matter (the product line). Hi there! Our Trello is connected to our shopify account and has been working correctly until last weekend. We had it set so that when an ONLINE purchase that is unfulfilled is placed on Shopify (we have two physical stores as well on POS systems) it would automatically trigger and create a card on a SHOPIFY ORDERS column on a page in our trello. It started creating a card for every single purchase made from both in store and online. I can’t figure out how to only have it create a card for online purchases. I am not very used to this type of problem resolution so easy terms will be appreciated along with any help! Thank you!

When using a standard zap to create a task in Todoist for a New Calendar Event trigger from Outlook, All-Day Outlook events do not get created correctly.Ideally, an All-Day event would get created with a date only, and no specific start time. Instead what happens is that the full yyyy-MM-ddTHH:mm:ssZ format start time gets used, which Todoist then interprets as starting at midnight UTC, so my events actually get created on the wrong date (day prior at 7pm, since I am US Eastern time).Timed calendar events seem to work well with the Zap. Has anyone tackled this All Day event issue before?

I’d love to know if my idea for cold outreach in order to get user interviews for our company is possible: I have a long (static) list of email addresses. I want to set up a zap that takes an email address from the list (e.g. row 2) and sends a predefined email via Gmail. Then (e.g. 30 mins later) I want to take the email from the next row in the sheet and do the same. This should run weekdays between 8-5. The reason to do it this way is to avoid getting blocked by Gmail for spam and just send between 10-30 emails a day. Is that feasible with Zapier or would you even recommend a different tool/approach? Thanks a lot in advance for any input on this.
Hi all! Hoping I can find a little help here. Im trying to make a webhook to pull in some form data from a phonesites.com page, and eventually add that info to an existing campaign within Highlevel. Im stuck with trying to get the test to pull in the data from my form. I followed all the directions here : https://phonesites.freshdesk.com/support/solutions/articles/43000011993-how-to-use-phonesites-together-with-webhooks-by-zapier ^^this has worked in the past. The problem I am finding today is that after I have copied the webhook address into phonesites, and saved to make sure it’s live, and then filled out a dummy version of the form and submitted it, I then go back to zapier and the test pulls in more data. there is a little more weirdness going on, but its a bit hard to explain. I’ll give it a go. I eventually got frustrated, after having refreshed, exited the web pages and then re-opened them, made sure my changes were saved on the phonesites page, making sure the webhoo

Hello,I would like to make a bot that helps out our treasurer in GTA.Basically, I want it to look at any new message in the deposit log, look for the type of thing, and look for the quantity and then update it by adding or subtracting based on what the user puts. For example, there is a shee with a tools heading and under there is flashlight, and there is a quantity and under there is 5, next to flashlight. I would like to make it so when someone writes a message saying +1 flashlight it would search for the correct rows and change the 5 to a 6, etc. Just curious is this is possible? I’ve been messing around with it a bit but I can’t figure out how to search for specific content i.e. only number or only words? Any help is appreciated

Hi! New to Zapier and hoping it will help smooth out my workflow. I use Honeybook as a CRM and set up a trigger through Zapier for the contact form fields to be added as a new row in an existing Google Sheet. My issue is that the new row is always being added to the very bottom of the sheet but I’m wondering if there is a way that when it’s added it will be automatically sorted in date order. *I have tried sorting the sheet itself in date order but every time a new row is added I have to constantly re-sort it.
Hey there, i am having troubles with the pdf filler tool from pdf.coAlthough i deleted the set password for the pdf, it still asks for one when i try to open the pdf downloaded from the link generated The downloaded pdf has this weird name i gave the original .docs months ago. I obviously changed the name when I converted it into a pdf and uploaded this pdf to pdf.co aswell with the correct name!Especially the password-problem is a little bit annoying since i don’t want my customers to type in a random password. In Zapier, I am trying to send a Slack message by changing the image in Airtable's Attachment field to a Permanent URL. How can I ensure that images always appear as thumbnails in Slack?Now I'm creating permanent URLs by integrating Aeropage and Airtable. I added Formula Field as a field to Airtable and CONCATENATE the unique token issued by Aeropage and the Record ID of Airtable.Every time I send a message to Slack, sometimes I get a preview of the link, but most of the time I don't. I thought it was a matter of time, so I added Delay, but it was still the same. It appears when I manually go to Aeropage and hit Sync, but the problem is that I can't do that every time.I'd love to get some other good suggestions. thank you!
I have a membership hub in Searchie with monthly and annual membership plans.I collect payment via Stripe and manage emails via Klaviyo.When members cancel their subscriptions in Stripe, they keep access to my membership till the end of their billing cycle.I’ve set up a Zap using the ‘cancelled subscription’ trigger to email them when they cancel, however as the subscription is not officially cancelled in Stripe till the end of their billing period the Zap doesn’t trigger till the billing period ends.I would like the Zap to trigger on the day they cancel and not at the end of the billing period so they receive an email the day they cancel and before they lose access, not days/weeks later when the billing period ends.Is there a way to do this?

I am wondering if there is a way to use a PayPay email as a trigger to automate another email to be sent to the purchaser. (Email address is in the subject line.) Ideally an email would be automatically sent to the buyer with a PDF version of the report attached.
