Hello All, This is probably a noob question with a simple answer, but nonetheless I need help. I am doing some zaps whereby a court notice is run through ChatGPT to extract information include date and time of the scheduled court proceeding. When I work up the Zap, everything looks good but then when it runs, it outputs the incorrect time - off by two hours early. This has happened in this same Zap on a different branch. ChatGPT (52) extracted information that was then itemized in 56. Everything is correct - the time in the court notice is “8:30 AM”Within the project where a new task is created in the project. The time is now 6:30am!This is another step where I am creating a calendar entry within my Clio practice management software that is tied to my Google Calendar. Also appears correct here from the ChatGPT extraction but it also shows within Clio and then within my Calendar as start time being 6:30 a.m. Also, not sure how to get the End at to be modified well. Doing as I did above
We add new products and update existing products (pricing etc) on Woocommerce with Fast Field Forms. Recently though, when creating new products, pricing, categories and images are all pulling through wrong. They are also getting published when they should be drafts. All fields/details on FFF are correct just not on Woocommerce. I have no idea if this could be because of a Wordpress/Woocommerce update or something else. Any help would be appreciated
There is a glitch in my output when I split a name and surname from a sign-up form. The surname has a ‘] afterwards, which then gets exported into my CRM database.But in my zap this does not show up when I test. How do I remove this?

Hi,I’m trying to use Zapier to send an e-mail invoice based on new orders created in Airtable. The e-mail should therefore be HTML, and the primary reason to do it this way is because Airtable doesn’t support full HTML. For layout reasons e.g. tables need to be supported.I got the basic setup working and put in some raw HTML invoice layout in the body window. Got some variables in to test the basics works, and it does.BUT, then it hit me that I can’t know in advance how many products would be on each order, so a static HTML table for invoice line items wouldn’t be good. Either some products could be left off, or I would end up with a line item table with e.g. 9 empty rows if there was one only product in that order.So, is there a way to have Zapier dynamically create part of the HTML based on the amount of products (= lines) in an order?Rgds,Björn
I hired someone to set up Dubasado and connect it to Calendly using Zapier.When an actual prospective client signs up for a call with me, they appear as a new lead inside of Dubsado.When I test it to create an SOP video for my staff it doesn’t work.I am creating a new fake name every time, but they simply don’t appear inside of my Dubsado.The zap is showing as running correctly, but Dubsado has no record of these names. Is this a Zapier issue or a Dubsado issue? Part 2:I also need to replicate this system so I can track who brought in the lead, when I duplicated the Zap and changed the name of the Calendly invite to test it, it’s simply creating 2 leads instead of 1 with 2 different lead sources.Which part of the zap do I need to change so that it only creates one new lead? Hello, I am trying to create my first Zap with the trigger being “New Order” from Eventbrite.When I get to the Test step, I get the error message: Unable to pull ordersPlease reload the page. If the issue persists, troubleshoot error or contact Support.Error code: Error while retrieving: The app did not respond in-time. It may or may not have completed successfully. Reloading didn’t do anything and I can’t get a hold of anyone at support. The chat just directs me to the forums. Does anyone know what the issue might be?
Problem resolved - i dont know how to delete this question Can somebody please help me: I think it's just a small thing that is not working. I want: a sale in Paypro (person) to be on a specific list in Mailblue. I have run zaps before, but it was some time ago. It is not working anymore. Hi - I am new to this - I am an architect trying to automatically update our company’s Monday.com when a new submittal or RFI is posted to Procore. I have set up the “Zap” and get green checkmarks the entire time - even get a successful item posted to a monday.com test board from a Procore project, however when I go to turn the Zap on I get an immediate email saying “Error 0 Y” with no further information except that the Zap is now turned off. I saw another post that said admin-level permissions are required on Procore to integrate but this doesn’t work for me - we can’t ask every contractor we work with to grant us admin permissions to their companies. If this isn’t possible it might be a short trial for us with this app …
I am trying to test out a Zap and I keep receiving the below error message asking for an HTML. There is no HTML for this, I am using a PDF design.
HI There, I am wondering if I could get some help! I am using Zapier to hook up Jotform submission to my ZohoBooks account.. I am getting this error: however these are my settings: I think a possible issue is that i have in jotform and in ZohoBooks set the dates to be in the format DD-MM-YYYY but Zapier changes it to MM-DD_YYYY and therefore it all gets a bit jumpled up and error reported.any help would be great! I created a Zap that whenever a team member sends a message in a channel in Slack, it will create an item in Monday with the contents of that message, and the permanent link that will lead to that message in Slack. When testing the trigger, there was no problem but then it cannot pull the link into Monday, only the contents of the message.
I need to automatically export the payload contained on “Data In” every time a Zap returns as Error or Halted. So far the only resource I could find is the Zapier Manager App as a trigger for errors on a specific folder/Zap. The problem is, this Trigger does not pull the Full payload of the “Data In”, instead it gives me an ID, and two links that does not really work. Does anyone knows a proper way, or workaround, so I can automatically fire the Errored Payload into Google Sheets for instance?
The client pay in EUR, Stripe convert the EUR in HKD to make the payment in my Bank account in Stripe HKD and it indicate the exchange rate on the payment in Sripe. I created ZAP to generate one invoice in XERO (in EUR). To mark it paid in XERO, I need to enter the FX rate used by stripe when it convert the EUR in HKD . I didn’t find a way to recoer this FX rate used by stripe in Zapier. Thank you for your help!!

Hi,We have 2 sheets in an xlsSheet 1 : we add a row when each module of work is completed. After 5 modules person will get payed.Sheet 2 : we create a row after each payment with date and amount. After 5 modules of work email is sent to the accountant for payment. After 5 days we need to send reminder if payment is still not done. how do we do this zap. Pls help ThanksIMK
I am using “Run Javascript” to send line item info from Shopify into Salesforce. For the most part it works but my issue now is that it is putting the shopfiy line item discount on the wrong line in Salesforce. I am using the following field from Shopify to send the total line item discount over to Salesforce:Line Items[] Discount Allocations[] Amount Set Shop Money AmountI think part of the issue might be that Salesforce orders the lines different in Salesforce but I’ve never noticed so much of an issue with other product data. I need to make sure that the proper discount is being applied to the right line. I thought I was accomplishing that with the Run Javascript action. Is there anyone out there that can help with this?

Hi everyone! I’m a lawyer - and I would really like to automate zaps / SMSs -for key events in contracts. i.e SMS when the contract starts. SMS 30 days before the end of the contract etc. Does anyone have any suggestions / tips on how I can do this? Ideally I would have an Airtable with the “key dates” - and an SMS send specific to each date. However - the only path I can see at the moment is putting an event for each trigger in a google calendar - and sending the same “zap” per event. Ideally I would like it to be bespoke (i.e. “contract starts tomorrow”) - and picked-up from an Airtable/ google sheet. Does anyone have any ideas for a novice like me? Thanks a lot! Christian
When invoices transfer to Xero from Dance Studio Pro GST is getting added. It should be inclusive of GST and I then have to go and manually change each invoice. How can I fix this problem.
