When the “New Event in NationBuilder” Trigger finds a NationBuilder Event, one of the fields is “tags” but I’m not clear on which NationBuilder Tag type this returns:Page Tags Attendee Tags ???I tried adding both to test Events, but so far this field has remained empty. Thanks!

I currently run a zap that triggers whenever a student completes a lesson. I noticed that I can potentially use this information to spot someone pirating my lessons. So I would like to set up an email notification whenever a student completes lessons back to back, meaning the zap gets triggered repeatedly. Any idea how I could set up a condition for that?Thanks so much for your thoughts.

collecting leads in "Unbounce". In Unbounce contacts appears the field "zip code" , which has been added later, but in Zapier the field does not appear under the list "new form submission in Unbounce".
I have a Zap where i use GPT to analyze an image.Trigger, updated row in google Sheet Task: Describe image Done: Update the same row, I´m using the same Row ID as in the first step. Whats wrong? The summary ends up on the next row. So if the image is at row 981, the summary ends up at 982.
I am using Zapier to connect a google sheet and a Sender profile. with a different automation, I am sending an email to existing contacts and asking for their birthday so we can give them a birthday code. They fill out a google form and the answer populates into the google sheet.The zap should then take the new spreadsheet row and update or add a contact to sender and include the custom field “company birthday”. This is a column on my spreadsheet and it is a custom field I have already made on sender. When I test my zap, it can find the data in the spreadsheet and find the matching contact in Sender but it does not carry the custom field to Sender to update the contact. I have tried putting a placeholder date on the Sender contact so it just needs to update, rather than making a new piece of data but it will not update. I have completed the birthday survey with a new email address and it was able to make a new contact in sender but it will not carry the custom field data over. I can se
I’ve created a simple Zap so that when anyone register to any event my Crowdcast account their registration details populate a Google sheet. This is a stepping stone test so that I can then try connecting Crowdcast to our Mailchimp account.However, I just tested registering to an event in Crowdcast and Zapier wasn’t triggered at all.What am I missing?Here’s a screenshot of the event set up: Nothing comes up in the Zap history…

I’m trying to create what should be a simple Zap. I want to have clients upload documents to Dropbox through a share link and then move the documents to a Sharepoint folder at our company’s Sharepoint. There is an existing zap for this. The Dropbox connection is fine and works, but the Sharepoint connection always gets a 404 error even though it is seen in the Zap builder. I’ve changed the folder in Sharepoint to “anyone with a link can edit” but it doesn’t seem to be able to place the Dropbox file there.

I’m new to Zapier and when creating a Zap several fields are not found in the mapping process. In this case, it is occurring when using Wild Apricot to retrieve new or updated records.Do apps potentially not expose some fields and/or are there other reasons that fields might not be shown during a search?I’m wondering whether this might be because these are custom fields that I’ve added and, if so, whether this would be an issue of how Wild Apricot makes (or doesn’t) these fields available and/or how Zapier handles (or doesn’t) these fields if they are available.Thank you.
I’m new to Zapier, now I need to establish a connection between GoTo webinar and Salesforce. Whenever a new registrant (Users who’re all registering for the webinar) in GoTo webinar is created, I need to check for the lead with same email address in Salesforce. The all I can do in Zapier is I can create a flow specific for an event but this is not the efficient way to design the flow. The solution that I need for now is if any new registrant is created for any webinar, I need to check for the lead in Salesforce and do the update. Please suggest me on how to achieve this.
Hello, I have a zap set up to add emails of customers on my Fareharbor booking page to my Mailchimp email list. However, I want to NOT add emails from Tripadvisor (as these arent real addresses). Is there any way to omit certain emails from being added to mailchimp based on words. Thanks!

Hi! I’m completely new to automation, and have been struggling to find a solution to a task I would LOVE to automate.I handle social media for a shopping mall (among other clients), and would love to be able to automatically share the content from our tenants’ pages to our own page as and when the post. Is there a way to do this using Zaps? Every solution that I think might work only shares posts from one of my platforms to another, i.e. my Facebook to my Instagram - which is already handled by Meta Business… Anyone have any ideas or tips on how I can automate this process? I need OrbisX to mirror invoices, events, bookings, etc to Square for appointments and whatnot. All my guys are 1099, we are commission based and I want the appointments to be automated because the commissions are automated through square with appointments. Anyone got any templates? Has anyone on Square done this? Any guides or anything? I’ve been working on implementing this all with Zapier but I get nonstop errors that mean nothing and lead to zero workarounds.
Greetings all, I was curious if anyone has experienced this issue? I did find a previous discussion thread on this topic, but it was closed and does not appear resolved. When I manually edit the facebook post, the image then appears. However, that means I must manually edit thousands of post per year (if I wish the linked URL graphics to appear). Hi ,I have created a zap to integrate firestore with mailerlite.whenever a document is created in user collection of firestore he will gets subscribed to mailerlite group, this works good. Now I want to extend the functionality.Is there a way to achieve the following.Whenever there is update in the user collection of firestore , mailerlite should get updated. Currrently I do see option only for firestore document creation not for update. Is there a way that I can add user to groups based on condition? Thanks
I am having an issue pulling a single Item ID using Get Item by Column Value from Monday.com to associate with a Change Multiple Columns Value in HappyFox. The goal is to update tasks in Monday.com that are created by another zap from HappyFox. I am using a webhook to pull fields from HappyFox and am trying to use the Subject from HappyFox to narrow the results in Get Item by Column Value from Monday.com to a single task but every time I am getting every task in my Monday board. See below for screenshots and more details.I’m going to to start with the Get Item by Column Value from Monday.com zap I have configured.This is working as expected. When I go to search in a column, I’m choosing the Subject, which is currently unique in my Monday board. I believe this is where the issue is.When we get to the Test step, you can see below where it is pulling every task in Monday. I have a task titled Task 13 and a second task titled Task 15.
