Question

Crowdcast event not triggering

I’ve created a simple Zap so that when anyone register to any event my Crowdcast account their registration details populate a Google sheet. This is a stepping stone test so that I can then try connecting Crowdcast to our Mailchimp account.

However, I just tested registering to an event in Crowdcast and Zapier wasn’t triggered at all.

What am I missing?

Here’s a screenshot of the event set up:

 

Nothing comes up in the Zap history…

If the Zap is not triggering, you may want to try reaching out to Crowdcast Support for possible help about why their Zap trigger is not working via a webhook.
