What are the most likely reasons some fields are not found in mapping when creating a Zap?

I’m new to Zapier and when creating a Zap several fields are not found in the mapping process. In this case, it is occurring when using Wild Apricot to retrieve new or updated records.

Do apps potentially not expose some fields and/or are there other reasons that fields might not be shown during a search?

I’m wondering whether this might be because these are custom fields that I’ve added and, if so, whether this would be an issue of how Wild Apricot makes (or doesn’t) these fields available and/or how Zapier handles (or doesn’t) these fields if they are available.

It looks like WildApricot is able to return custom fields in the payload. Could you please send me a screenshot of the fields you’re referring to in your WildApricot app?

I'll be keeping an eye out for your response!
