I’m trying to send an automated email when tasks in a certain project are completed. My Zap works perfectly, but I noticed if the task is marked as incomplete, then completed again, it doesn’t trigger the Zap. Is that just how it works, or is there something I’m not doing correctly?
I have a form that populates a Google Sheet each time someone fills it. To tackle duplicate entries, I want to delete every entry except the latest one from a participant - this zap will run every time someone fills the form.I am unable to find a clear way to select every record before the latest one in the search for duplicate entries. In this case, since “3” is the highest record from the search, I want to delete every record that the search found before “3”. There’s only one other here - “2”.How can I do this?
I have an idea of making an intake/permission to contact form, and then having the info populate into MedicareCenter. Has anyone else already done this? If so, how? Thanks.
When a contact is updated in Sugar CRM, I am trying to zap the data to Go HighLevel. I have the trigger set up correctly, however, every time a contact is updated, it doesnt find and update the existing record, it creates a whole new one. Does anyone have a workaround to this?
When the “New Event in NationBuilder” Trigger finds a NationBuilder Event, one of the fields is “tags” but I’m not clear on which NationBuilder Tag type this returns:Page Tags Attendee Tags ???I tried adding both to test Events, but so far this field has remained empty. Thanks!
Hi there I am trying to connect Harvest to Clickup. Everytime I create a new project I want it to add it to my clickup tasks. Hello, I’ve created a Zap designed to integrate Stripe and HubSpot. Once a payment takes place in Stripe, a new contact and deal are created. However, I cannot automate the association of these two records no matter what I try. It appears I can only automate the same ONE contact email to associate to ALL the deals being created, when in fact a different contact email will be associated to their own deal. For example, X@Google.Com should only be associated to Google Deal, but it’s set up so X@Google.com is the only email that associates to all my new deals. I need these two objects to automatically associate as a hubspot property is then updated which provides that user with access to our app. Any ideas or help? I’m driving myself crazy. Thank you,Tom

I have an automation that takes a signed contract from esignatures and attaches that signed contract pdf to the appropriate record inside an airtable base. This automation has worked for about a year. However, as of this month the automation no longer attaches a document. The document appears, then disappears. Oddly, I’m having the same issue with another base and a separate automation that is attaching a receipt pdf from stripe to the purchasers record in airtable. It does the same thing. Attaches then disappears. Anyone else having issues with this feature and suggestions on what I can do to get these documents to attach?

Our developer listed the question here with a video: Any thoughts on why a pipeline is not appearing? So the status is that there are 10 pipelines and only 8 pipelines are appearing in the dropdown.
Hi, I am trying to create a Zap that updates an existing row on an excel spreadsheet once the Deal Stage has been updated on Hubspot for the corresponding deal stage however I keep getting the message “The argument is invalid or missing or has an incorrect format” upon testing. I ahve read previous replies to a problem like this but am unsure what it means when it is said “it needs to be mapped from Step 1 to 3”? Please can i have some clarification on this?

Hello there- I’ve set up a zap to add new Affiliatly affiliate signups to flodesk. When I test it, the information pulls into Flodesk just fine. However, it isn’t pulling in the information when new people sign up. I’ve double-checked the mapping, and everything seems fine there. Additionally, when I go to history, there are no zap runs, so I don’t have any errors there. It seems as if the date is not sending from Affiliatly in order to trigger the zap??

Hi everyone I subscribed to wpforms to retrieve all data from my forms and send it to a thrid party application. Things were working good till few days ago when Zapier asks me tu purchase a pro plan to continue to use my zap. My trigger is wpforms, and I have one action, a webhooks which create a new contact on a thrid party application. Will I have to subscribe to wpforms + zapier pro plan ? Hi. I am trying to trigger a “sent” invoice in Freshbooks to close our deal in Hubspot using Freshbooks invoice number and Hubspot deal number which are both custom number and similar. I always get an error when it’s time to trigger acfion in Hubspot thus my Zap is never completed. Is there anyone here who can help me with this? It will be much appreciated.

Hello, I’d like to be able to create a zap from Gravity Forms to Bloomerang that handles multiple Bloomerang events. In a perfect world, the zap would take the information entered in Gravity Forms and would create a new constituent (with valid new ID) and a donation at the same time. Is there any way to do this? Possibly a two step process (create the constituent and then update the new record with the donation information)? Taking it one step further… could I identify if a new constituent record should be created or if an existing record should get modified and then append the donation information? Any help is greatly appreciated!!
I have a date that i have used formatter to format in the way i need it.I want to use Zapier to pull this date to then generate the final day of the month. Any formula i have tried is not supported in Zapier. Does anyone have a good solution for this? Replacing A1 with my formatted date.
