Sugar CRM to Go Highlevel sync not working

When a contact is updated in Sugar CRM, I am trying to zap the data to Go HighLevel.

 

I have the trigger set up correctly, however, every time a contact is updated, it doesnt find and update the existing record, it creates a whole new one.

 

Does anyone have a workaround to this?
