Hi everyone!I have a workflow between Airtable and Dropbox, where in airtable we create a new project and the zap should create a project folder in dropbox. I has been working fine for a while and suddenly I am getting this error message: Unable to pull recordsPlease reload the page. If the issue persists, troubleshoot error or contact Support.Error code: Error while retrieving: Response payload size exceeded maximum allowed payload size (6291556 bytes). I am not sure how to proceed further. Appreciate any help
About 6 months ago, I used Zapier to help me send leads from my FB Lead Form to ConvertKit and it worked perfectly. About a week ago, I set up a new Zap for a new Lead Form (the other Zap has been removed), and it tests just fine, doing exacty what set it up to do with live data. However, the Zap isn’t firing on it’s own when I get a new lead and I have to keep adding new subscribers manually.I have tested the zap multiple times with different data. The History shows no data which means it isn’t trying to fire and failing. Unfortunately, I feel like this problem may be due to a bug in new updated version of Zapier. Please help! This is frustrating and time consuming and defeats the purpose of paying for the upgraded Zapier subscription.
If my google sheet has 2 tabs how do create a zap for each seperate tab?
I am trying to establish a Zap that pulls lead data received via email and pushes it to Surefire, creates a new contact within surefire, and then automatically establishes them on a drip campaign. As of now I have it built to trigger when email is received in outlook, with a filter so it only continues if it is from the specific lead generation email address. I am having a hard time formatting it to push the data correctly to surefire (i.e. first name, last name, email address, phone number, lead source, etc.). Any specific tips on how to accomplish this? Alternatively, the lead generation company has told us we can create a webhook and build the zap that way, but I am unsure if this would be a better option compared to the option mentioned above. I am not sure if we still receive the lead info via email if it is done this way, so that is my only hold up there. having the email with the lead info is still important to me and my team, which is why I looked into the first Zap route men
Looking for a specialist in Jotform with good automation skills, particularly with Zapier. The scope of work is as follows: - Managing and integrating calendars for multiple users (such as Calendly). For Calendly, if you have multiple users who can take bookings, each user can have a separate Calendly event that is synced to a Google Calendar. This way, only the available timeslots are shown based on any events and timeslots that are already booked. The quality of the tech support I’ve received from this company is so incredibly poor. They don’t read your email, then kick the can down the road with the most obvious ‘answer’, usually a pointer to a page that is only glancing realted to your query or which the query already shows is not reelvant, after which you have to wait 24 hours. After several so-called fixes failed to correct the issue with my google sheets polling interval, I was finally punted to a manager--who ignored the entire backstory and suggested it was probably typefiorm error-=-when I had proven that with screenshots multiple times. After which I get to wait another 24 hours for the privilege of a non-response. Blame someone else, kick the can down the road, take zero responsibility, collect $$. Great business model!
I have a zap set to be going live that uses MSSQL New or Updated row trigger. When live the table will be updated at 2100 rows at a time. What is the rate limit for the MSSQL trigger. Do I need to throttle my number of triggered rows form my database??
Hi everyone ! I have some issue with the Code by Zapier action. I would like to send from a main zap (containing the code), Json data (if not empty), to a webhook URL that is related to another zap (which after do some stuff). I have managed to create the a trigger to pull a paid sale from Shopify however I cannot get beyond setting up the action to ‘create invoice’ in QBO. I keep getting one error after another with respect to different line items. I’ve already spent a long time on this so I thought it would be a good time to reach out to the community to explore whether or not there is a tried and tested approach to setting up the action parameters quickly and efficiently? I am currently evaluating both Zapier and QBO. We already use Shopify - we need to find an accounts package to work with it.

Hello I am looking for a way to make the following happenStep 1: New Spreadsheet Row gets addedStep 2: Count the number of times the company name shows up in the sheet (I am currently doing this with COUNTIF in Google Sheet but since I want to automate this whole thing this formula would also need to be done automatically)Step 3: Grab the value of how many times the company name showed up in the sheet and check if the company domain that is associated with the company (all in the same row) exists in HubpostStep 4.1: If the company domain exists in Hubspot replace the current value of a selected propertyStep 4.2: If the company domain does not exist in Hubspot do nothing What I struggle with is Step 2.How do I count the number of times the company name showed up in the list without having to manually extend the COUNTIF formula?Appreciate any help!
HiIs it possible to setup a zap to create a new Estimate in QBO from multiple Excel line items ?I export the data ro excel from MS Access app via vba codeand just keep overwriting the worksheet so I am not quite sure how I would trigger this in Zapier ? Also some items will be missing in QBO so I need to check if they are there, if not then create the item(s)Customers will always be in QBO and will be matching on excel so a simple find and use later in steps works for thisAgain this would be an Estimate with multiple line items per... Zapier can’t connect to one of my wordpress sites, hosted on wpengine. Works fine with several other sites.I have tried disabling a reactivating all relevant plugins, tried the legacy integration, tried creating a Zapier user account on the wordpress, whitelisted AWS IP ranges and a lot of other stuff.Im getting the error 500 critical error after the login prompt and never pops up anything about permissions.Can anyone relate or suggest something?

Hello, My zap is simple. Client put them information (name, adress, birth date etc) to a google forms, this forms is connected to a google sheets and I would like to get a new contract when someone fill the forms, but inside the contract we need to change (Name, adress birth date etc) with some Placeholders like this {{name}}, {{address}} etc. But I can’t mapp them to the action ! its not appear, how can I do it ?
Hi, I have set up a zap between Thrivecart and Google shhet to create a csv file for my orders to be shipped (physical product). Although I have matched the shipping label wth a specific column it alwaus shows empty as when I expot a csv file from Thrivecart it is not. All roders ahev a shipping label so this is not because of the test. Does anyone know how to fix that ?
I am currently trying to connect an excel spreadsheet to a smartsheet where it triggers an update everytime the specific excel cells are updated. I believe I have configured the correct zap, however when selecting the data to be pulled into smartsheet from excel, it gives me a few options. None of them seem to pull the actual data in the excel cell. The one I have tried to use is COL A 1 but it just puts a “1” into the smartsheet cell. What am I doing wrong here?

Hey, I am trying to use zapier to create a detailed calendar event I have connected my google account that has google calendar, but its returning this issueI have tried reconnecting the account a few times to see if that was an issue, it says im giving edit access (see pic)but still getting this error (see first pic) Any one had this issue and knows how to fix?

Hi, I am trying to create a simple zap where a Google Calendar even is updated when a Wix Booking is created. I tried to create it a year ago and couldn't get it to work, so I didn't even sign up to one of Zapier plans although I really wanted it to work. Eventually, I continued doing the work manually. I tried to get help from the community here back then, but still couldn’t get it to work.Now, a year after, I'm trying again to make it work again, since it will make my life a lot easier. I consider myself a tech savvy person, but it seems that creating something so simple is really complicated. How can I get someone to walk me through this process? I understand that Zapier don’t have an online chat option. Are these forums my only way?
