Hi, I am trying to create a simple zap where a Google Calendar even is updated when a Wix Booking is created. I tried to create it a year ago and couldn't get it to work, so I didn't even sign up to one of Zapier plans although I really wanted it to work. Eventually, I continued doing the work manually. I tried to get help from the community here back then, but still couldn’t get it to work.Now, a year after, I'm trying again to make it work again, since it will make my life a lot easier. I consider myself a tech savvy person, but it seems that creating something so simple is really complicated. How can I get someone to walk me through this process? I understand that Zapier don’t have an online chat option. Are these forums my only way?
Hello, I'm currently using ClickMagick and I'm seeking assistance in uploading an encrypted customer match (conversions/Sales) list into Google Ads. Is there a secure method to transfer this encrypted list to Google Ads? Additionally, I haven't received any conversions yet, so I'm interested in sending previous conversion history as a customer match list to Google for better optimization. Any guidance or assistance on how to achieve this, possibly through Zapier or any other method, would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
We have an active Zap gathering data for realestate.com.au (REA) Lead submissions via API Webhook and passing data to our CRM (Salesforce). REA pass a value for 'Record Type' and I want to map that value dynamically to Salesforce CRM field 'Web Form Name'.I need to know how to do this please. Thanks
I am helping a couple of NGOs. One needs to be able to refer a case (beneficiary) from it’s salesforce to the salesforce organisation of the other beneficiary. When I try to add a second Production salesforce account in order to build the zap to enable this, It always takes me immediately to the login for the 1st production account/ organisation. Has anybody successfully been able to add 2 different Salesforce production accounts (different salesforce organisations?) Thanks!
I discovered a new feature today (to me anyway) - the ability to export a json file of your zap set-up. To get there click on new info button next to zap title: This will take you to the following page: I remember there was a way to export this json previously but it was not so front-and-center. Now that more people will likely be exporting this file can anybody provide a mapping of the json elements with which apps are used etc? (at the moment the json is all very cryptic). If so, it may be possible to do build a zap feeding this data into a diagramming app like Lucid Charts with a pre-built template and have a cool visual flow diagram of every zap - something I’ve been longing for for ages!

We have more than 50 WooCommerce sites for our clients and everytime updating the product data manually is a pain, is there a way to create a zap where the end user upload their product info on as JIRA service desk ticket and the zap can automatically create a product in WooCommerce? The fun part here is, how we do we handle different logins for WooCommerce, though we capture the site URL as part of JIRA service Desk ticket.
Hi all,Basically my question is the title -- is there a way with Zapier to add new arrays to an existing json file (which is on Dropbox)?What I’m trying to accomplish is our own custom “link in bio” page where we link every Instagram post to an existing article on our site. In Zapier we build the array with “New post on Instagram” and some custom data. We need to add (preferably prepend) this array to our existing json feed (instafeed.json). I can’t seem to find a way to output/append/prepend to json, only mangle incoming json.

Hello! I’ve got a zap setup where one of the steps adds some information into an excel doc stored on a colleague’s OneDrive. The issue I’m finding is that every time the zap triggers, it re-sizes all of the columns to default and I have to manually re-size. My colleague isn’t seeing this happen on her side of things, which is extra strange. Any ideas are welcome!

I am getting the error message 'NoneType' object has no attribute 'get' in the zap between by Google spreadsheet (adding a row) and Zoom webinar registration. The zap was wording fine until today, then this message appears and the zap fails. Any ideas about why this would start to happen on a zap that was previously working fine? Thank you!

I want to automate asking GPT4 to analyse articles/research papers. The goal is to post a URL or PDF attachment in Discord, and get the ChatGPT analysis as a message in the same channel. The Zap looks like this:Discord Msg Trigger → extract text from article in message → ChatGPT Conversation (analysis) → post analysis in DiscordDiscord message input/output setup has been fine; the roadblock I’m experiencing is getting the bulk text of the article to pass to ChatGPT. I am a free user, so webhooks are not an option for me currently.Options I have explored are as follows:PDF handler apps: the ones available seem to be for PDF generation only or extracting data from predictable templates e.g. invoices, so not suitable. Web Parser: can’t handle the amount of text I want to extract as it seems designed for normal webpages. Webhooks: premium option.Can I do something with Google Docs acting as a “middle man” for this Zap, or are webhooks my only solution?
Hello Zapier team ! I am trying to use Beta feature of Slack integration to perform API requests with Slack API. The thing I try to do is to add a reaction to a specific message.However, when running the API call, I get the error from Slack that I don't have the permission to create a reaction to a message. I guess this permission is not asked when connecting to Slack by Zapier.Is there anyway I could add this permission manually? Any plan of adding this feature inside the core plateform? I’ve been waiting for over a year for this feature ever since Notion acquired Automate.io. Would love to know if there’s any way to do it in Zapier or if I ultimately have to go to another automation tool.What I want to do is: As an action I want to update a property in the specific item in a Notion database that triggered the Zap. Here’s an example: When I update the status of a database item to "done" in Notion, create a new folder in Google Drive with the name of the item in step 1, and update the Notion item from step 1 with the link to the Google Drive folder from step 2.In Automate it was easy to chose the “trigger item” in an action whereas it seems you can only choose a specific database item by name in Zapier. Hello!I’ve got two Wordpress sites each with their own installation of Booknetic with Google Calendar integration. The staff connected to both sites are the same and they’re using their own Google account. The problem is that Website A can’t see events created by Website Bs booking - the problem seems to be the creation of these events, because the events created directly in Google Calendar can be seen in Booknetic on both sites. For this reason I need to duplicate new events created from both sites and then delete the original event since it can’t be seen on the other site and because it is rather confusing to have duplicates. I currently got a trigger for New Event in Google Calendar > Create Detailed Event in Google Calendar with the relevant information. I’ve tried with both Delete Event and Searching for a specific keyword, but the options in Booknetic are restricted to Summary (name) and Description, so I can’t add a specific field to search for.How would I go about this?Thank

Hi all,I’m attempting to set up an automation which sends a slack message when the “days until” (days to due date formula) on a Notion database reaches a certain number (21, 14, 7), etc.I’ve set up the Zap but it only seems to be firing if I manually amend the date to be 21 days until the due date. If I leave it so that the date automatically reaches 21 days before the due date, it doesn’t fire.Is there a way for the change of “days until” to be recognised as a database entry update, so that the Zap will fire?
Hello, I created a hook to insert customer data into ActiveCampaign when placing a new order. So far so good. Now I would like to make sure that if the order is canceled, that customer's data is deleted from ActiveCampaign. It's possible to do it? if so, how? Thank you
I am merging fileds from a Google Sheet into a Google Docs, document. Some of my fields are not always populated. Is there a way to ignore a field if the value is blank, or even populate a blank value with a space rather that the leave the {} in the document or populate it with the word Remove ? Hi there, I’m checking out Zapier for the first time and I have it connect to my mySQL database and Google Sheets. The single row import works fine, but my goal is to pull in either an entire table at one time, or an entire database at one time. Is there a way that this can be done? I have many databases each with identical tables in them and I’m looking for a way to import all of that data cleanly into Sheets. Not line by line. Thanks.

New here, but as I understand it, if I have a filter with 100 logical expressions and I want 100 different triggers for that single set of expressions, the way to properly set that up is to include the expressions in a sub-zap and have each of those 100 triggers call the sub-zap -- which is exactly what I’ve done.This is seemingly the only way to make this maintainable, for if there were any changes to the expressions, I’d have to go in each and every one of them to make the updates, which defeats the entire purpose of using Zapier. I also imagine this workflow is extremely popular and common.There’s a huge issue with this approach, however. Calling a sub-zap from a trigger results in a task consumption. Now this workflow becomes impossible, which is why I was able to consume 2k tasks in a mere couple hours this morning.Unless I completely missed a concept, is there any way to template a set of filter expressions? I do see that a filter only counts if it passes, so clearly there was so
