Looking for a specialist in Jotform with good automation skills, particularly with Zapier. The scope of work is as follows:

 

- Managing and integrating calendars for multiple users (such as Calendly). For Calendly, if you have multiple users who can take bookings, each user can have a separate Calendly event that is synced to a Google Calendar. This way, only the available timeslots are shown based on any events and timeslots that are already booked. To manage calendars, consolidate them into one form and use show/hide conditions based on availability checks.

 

- Creating forms to calculate amounts owed via the checkout page and/or summary page (likely with custom CSS code) and integrating them with Stripe.

 

- Integration with Zapier: Each time a completed JotForm is submitted, capture these submission details via Zapier, and then pass this data to PandaDoc to fill in a specific PandaDoc template to prefill certain fields (such as customer name and other details captured in the form).

 

- Each time a completed JotForm is submitted or appointment booked and paid via checkout page , customer received link to attend video appointment (i.e Zoom, google meet).

 

- Create Checkbox – receive appointment reminders by text message? If yes, send sms reminder. Use Openphone to send the appointment reminder and Zapier to integrate the Jotform with the sms app.

 

- CSS formatting where necessary to make the overall look and feel professional and simple to use.
