Dropbox error: Unable to pull records. Response payload size exceeded maximum allowed payload size (6291556 bytes).

Hi everyone!

I have a workflow between Airtable and Dropbox, where in airtable we create a new project and the zap should create a project folder in dropbox. 

I has been working fine for a while and suddenly I am getting this error message:
 

Unable to pull records

Please reload the page. If the issue persists, troubleshoot error or contact Support.

Error code: Error while retrieving: Response payload size exceeded maximum allowed payload size (6291556 bytes).

 

I am not sure how to proceed further. Appreciate any help

Hi @enzyme apd 

Good question.

We would need to see screenshots with how your Zap steps are configured along with the encountered error to have proper context.

 

If the error is from an Airtable trigger, try turning OFF this configuration setting.
