Hello, I am trying to create my first zapier app, I choose the authentication to be token based. When ever the end point returns any valid json on testing url the validation passes.How can I fail the validation if token is not valid? Do I return specific http status or there is some sort of json error I need to return, I could find any documentation

I have created a different zaps for memberstack like when plan is added, plan is updated and canceled the plan. When a user update the plan, Member’s plan updated event trigger, fine but when a user cancel their plan the same zap trigger and send email that your plan is updated. I have created these zaps:When plan is added App (Memberstack) Event (Member’s plan added) Member’s plan updated in memberstack App (Memberstack) Event (Member’s plan updated) Member’s plan canceled in memberstack App (Memberstack) Event (Member’s plan canceled) When plan updated or canceled, second zap trigger. Hello! I’m trying to streamline an equipment rental contract.I want to collect contract data from the customer using a Google Form and zap it to create (not send) a Docusign envelope that I can add to before sending manually.Here’s the flow:Customer completes form about two weeks before equipment is delivered. They attach a few JPGs. Ideally, I review the form contents, add the license plate number to the form response, and then manually zap it into Docusign to create an envelope. It will work if it zaps into Docusign and I can edit the newly created envelope in Docusign. Ideally, the attachments from the Google Form would attach to the Docusign envelope. I manually send the contract after the equipment is delivered.I have a few questions:Zapier’s chatbot says that I can create an envelope to send later (see image of chat), but I can’t figure out how to do it and I can’t find instructions. Anybody know how? How do I set up the zap to send manually? Delay doesn’t seem to have an option.
I’m integrating google chat to Microsoft teams in vice versa. but when i tried to create a trigger in google chat it would not let me, it said trigger not available. please see screenshot below. anybody can help me on this?
I receive email enquiries for my services, and 95% of them have a mobile number. I would like to setup an automated sequence to reply to each enquiry via whatsapp, as open rates are far better on whatsapp.Have any of you setup something like this?I’m guessing it might involve a chatbot/ai?I’d love to know a good way of doing this if anyone can offer suggestions?

When I try to connect my Quickbooks account to a Zap, it gives me a message saying, “Sorry, but the app didn’t connect”. We are going to purchase Zapier Premium, but we wanted to make sure it had all the capabilities necessary before purchasing. Will premium solve this issue? Is this a Zapier or Quickbooks issue? I have a newsletter sign up on my website. The emails go to a google sheet. Is there a way to create an automation so that when a new email is added to. the sheet, a contact is automatically added to Cloze and tagged as a new subscriber?
I would like to automatically flow email addresses registered with a newsletter stand called myASP to the Convert Kit sequence, where I would like to link it to Zapier. The API's are already linked with both my ASP and the conversion kit. However. The email address registered in myASP does not reach Zapier, and since it does not reach Zapier, it is not linked to the Convert Kit after all.I don't know what is causing this, but what should I do? I am trying to setup my zap to take my campaign from Mailchimp to my LinkedIn company page, but it keeps generating a “failed to create update” error message. I can’t figure out why.
Using ConvertKit and Clickfunnel App on this one. On ConvertKit when an email is tagged with sma-purchased. It will tag also the same email on Clickfunnel. The setup is like this because there are other forms we have aside from Clickfunnel form. So the zap is setup like this. So to do this I setup the zap like this. Step1: When this happens - When this tag added to email on ConvertKit Step2: Do this - Find Contact Profile Email in Clickfunnel Step3: Zapier Path - Path A: IF email exist add the same tag on the email in Clickfunnel. I'm trying to search for an email on clickfunnel. If email is found it will be tagged. But if not, will the zap ends there? Or it will cause an error if its not found?
Hi All, I use HubspotCRM as my CRM system and I use ClicksendSMS as the SMS service. When i create an order in HubspotCRM, I always set the ‘Customer Deposit Paid’ field as No. This is because i always receive the deposit a few days after the customer has signed the contract. Once i receive the deposit, I go into HubspotCRM and the change the field from No to Yes. What i require is: When ‘Customer Deposit Paid’ field changes from No to Yes, then on the next day at 10am, send a SMS to the customer stating that their deposit has been received. I sometimes update HubspotCRM very late at night so I don’t want a SMS sent to the customer at an unsociable time. This is why i require to have a delay for the next morning at 10am. How do i do this? I cant figure out how to trigger the Zap when the field changes to Yes, I can only see the option of when the field changes...this counts even when i set it to No when i set up the deal in HubspotCRM which is not useful for sending a SMS. I have a database of users in Bubble with a field called “Cash” and I’m trying to set up a Zap to run every hour that triggers a Bubble API Workflow that adds a 1000 to each user’s “Cash”. The Bubble API Workflow works when I use it with the Bulk option in the Data tab, so I know the API Workflow I’ve written works. With the Zap, I get stuck on the last step - see the first picture below. “Userkey” is the parameter key (see second picture below). Zapier seems to want me to put something in the last text box labeled “Userkey” but it doesn’t find anything and I’ve tried putting stuff like “User” in it that doesn’t work. I’ve also tried marking the parameter as optional - Zapier then makes it non-required but then while the Zap is considered successful on a test, it doesn’t actually change any data.Any suggestions? I would like to link a form from fastfield to excel.When the customer submits the form there are two data sets, one financial number, other email.I would like to create a action when a form is submited the data is automatically added into this excel seperating the two data sets in seperate columns of the same row.How can i do this seperation, at the moment its populating the same cell?
