How to use Zap to close HubSpot deal based on matching FreshBooks invoice number?

Hi. I am trying to trigger a “sent” invoice in Freshbooks to close our deal in Hubspot using Freshbooks invoice number and Hubspot deal number which are both custom number and similar. I always get an error when it’s time to trigger acfion in Hubspot thus my Zap is never completed. Is there anyone here who can help me with this? It will be much appreciated.

For us to have more context, post screenshots with how the Zap steps are outlined and configured, along with the encountered error.
