Postcard Mania Error - HTML: html_front must be provided.

I am trying to test out a Zap and I keep receiving the below error message asking for an HTML. There is no HTML for this, I am using a PDF design.

    For us to have full context, please post detailed screenshots with how each of your Zap steps are configured in the EDIT mode.
