Jumbled Typeform answers in Slack

Hey! relatively new to Zapier. I just set up my Typeform to go to slack. For the last question of all my Typeform, all the answers are meshing into one jumbled up mess. How do I fix this? I’ve sent a screenshot below.

We would need to see full screenshots with how your Zap step is configured in order to have enough context.
