Question

How do I send an email with Gmail to recipients from a Google sheet - every X mins/hours

I’d love to know if my idea for cold outreach in order to get user interviews for our company is possible:

I have a long (static) list of email addresses. I want to set up a zap that takes an email address from the list (e.g. row 2) and sends a predefined email via Gmail. Then (e.g. 30 mins later) I want to take the email from the next row in the sheet and do the same. This should run weekdays between 8-5.

The reason to do it this way is to avoid getting blocked by Gmail for spam and just send between 10-30 emails a day. Is that feasible with Zapier or would you even recommend a different tool/approach?

Thanks a lot in advance for any input on this.
