Whisper error: The app returned "invalidrequesterror"

I need help, I want to connect whisper to typebot through zapier to automate transcribing audio into text. I can connect all the Whisper steps that are requested in Zapier, but when I go to the test step I get the following error "invalid_request_error". what can I do to resolve

I’d recommend opening a ticket with Zapier Support.
