I use Streak CRM with multiple pipelines and about 40 000 clients. I use the same database in mailchimp for email marketing. How can I keep the database updated. For example if someone unsubscribes from the mailchimp I want them moved to a stage but the problem is usually user indentification. We started using streak in 2012 (yeah 12 years ago...) and the database has been developed continously. I have now new clients comig in from webshops and also recorded by hand when a call comes in etc. What do you recommend how to keep everything in sync and upto date?
