Having no luck in updating a cell in a sheet in Ragic using the URL from Quick Chart via the Zapier flow. Test is not bringing up any errors. Its probably really simple but have no idea if someone can help please. Thank you
How do I automatically create a PDF from an email in outlook (using a filter) and then send that PDF as an attachment?Basically I want to send electronic invoices to Xero automatically. Hello,I’m using “Create Multiple Spreadsheet Rows in Google Sheets” for a Zap.I have more than 100 items to insert, but it remains capped at 100 lines in my sheet.I can’t split the data as I receive it in a single JSON from a previous zap.Also, in the zap history, I can see at the end the following : “(truncated for size)”.Okay but… I can’t reduce the size of the output from the previous zap.Any idea on how to manage this ? And any idea why it remains at 100 all the time ? Because it’s not a question of size (number of characters) because each time the number of characters change, so sometimes I could have more than 100 lines.So it’s definitely truncated because of a limit of 100 lines. Hello everyone, I manage a catering company in France.Our clients order food from us which is delivered to their door on the day of their event (which can be in 3 days, 2 weeks, 2 months, 1 year...after the date of purchase)This date is stored as an Hubspot property (that we called “date_EVT”). I’m trying using ZAPIER to connect our Hubspot account to “Verified Reviews” (similar to Trustpilot). Thus, I could send an email post purchase in which our clients could rate their experience.But I need to set things up so that the email from Verified Reviews is sent 48 hours after the “date_EVT”. (said differently, 48 hours after they eat the food we cooked)But I can’t figure out how to do this in Zapier.Anyone to help ?Thank you so much for your help !Best,Louis
I'm trying to create an automation where we can use data from google sheets to create a new loop in dotloop and populate a contract in Dotloop. Then I would like to create a pdf out of dotloop in my google drive. Is this possible? I'm having trouble finding my template I built in dotloop. I have paid version of dotloop and zapier
I am trying to send an email with gmail when my Tally trigger is activated. The problem is, the email body I am sending with gmail sometimes appears in the body, sometimes as an attachment in an enclosed text file in my mail. How can I do to always have it in the body?Thanks for the help!
Hi there! I was hoping I could get some help on an automation I’m trying to set up. What I’m trying to do: Once a new record is submitted into Airtable, a zap creates a new file folder in Google DriveThen once the folder is created, another zap uploads a doc from an airtable column into the newly created folder. I have the first part complete of getting a folder to be created based on a new Airtable entry but I also want a doc from that same entry to go into the new folder but I can’t see to figure out how to make that happen. Any suggestions? Thanks!
Hello. I have a zap that failed when the incorrect information was received from one zap to the other. Fixed. I understand that I can’t replay the complete zap, and I know how to replay failed zap. But, how can I edit the zipcode from the data-in so the the failed zap can be successful?
I am getting this error validating my app but I have the JOSN data setup correctly and the data being returned also has the “id”: xxx field setup correctly bu the error will not go away. I am also getting the error “Static Sample Contains a Subset of Keys from Live Result” but the JSON I have entered and the JSON being returned from my API are the same with all the same parameters.
Hi all, I wanted to change the allocation of Tasks (automated) to another user. I use Zapier to make the connections and I don’t know how to change it. The help on Agile CRM told me: “The Owner will be assigned based on the User API key used for creating the Zap.” & if I want to change it to go ask for the help of a web developer… Does anyone here have an idea about changing the ownership for automated task creation? I’m trying to set up a Zapier between CognitoForms (CF) and Google Sheets (GS).Each new CF entry get’s it’s own new row in GS.However, in the Action step on the GS I’m not able to find the entry fields when I try to “Insert Data”I wounder if the issue is in the Trigger step, where in the “Find Data” step where I’m suposed to “Test trigger” it won’t find anything and gives me the following error: An Entry could not be found.We could not find a list of entrys in the app's response. The issue is that CF is a new empty form and I can’t create a dummy entry in CF as it’s a limited quantity. But the Form is completed so Zapier ought to be able to see what fields I have created ?!?
Hi! I totally love your item! Tragically I don't have the foggiest idea how to code HTML however am gradually learning. I have perused the Embedding pictures in the body of an email in Gmail string yet was as yet not ready to do it. I'm attempting to install a picture in my email from my google drive. I have been generally ineffective. The furthest I have gotten is either a connection to divert to the picture or I get a clear square where the picture ought to be. I have changed the body to be HTML. I thought this code looked right. I received and email that zapier is now integrating with Voxer and that is so exciting because my boss loves using Voxer and I would love to make it so that we can automate a lot of things and she can be notified via Voxer. I keep however gettingan error message. Can someone lead me in the right direction please

I was working on a Zap got it complete and the system told me to upgrade, saved the work to get approval for cost and now my work is not present in my zap. I am about to change softwares completely . I can’t keep covering old ground and Zap seems to make me do that a lot and that cost is great considering the pay we pay for someone to work on this stuff. Is my work just gone? No way to recover?

Looking to automate notifications…. for example an appointment is made in Google Cal by our administrator… I want to make it so that whenever she makes an event on Google Cal and it is marked a specific color, then the person corresponding to that color receives a text message or email notification…E.g 1) appointment is made 2) if marked: blue - send notification to Bob if marked green: send notification to Jim… etc… Is this even possible?
I’ve set up a zap to search for mentions of two different accounts, and post the URL to the message in a slack channel.For some reason it’s excluding quote tweets - is there a reason for that? Or is there another way i should be searching?
I’m trying to build a connection with Cognism and SugarCRM for lead uploads. When I go to create the Zap it gives me the option of searching against 2 search fields “first name” and “last name”. I want to be able to add more search fields on the zap to have “first name”, “last name”, “email”, “company name” as an example. Because names like John Smith would never make it passed the upload but could be a different person. Anyone know how I add to this?

Hey all! Been pulling my hair out for a while on this one and I’m curious if anyone else has managed to figure this out… Here’s the setup:• I’ve got a database in Airtable that features a set of YouTube user IDs/handles and an associated subscriber count for each ID.• I can get current values for subscriber count via Social Blade’s API (webhook) What I’d like to achieve, but can’t:• Run a zap every X interval (day or so?) that updates the subscriber count value in Airtable for ALL records in the sheet.I’ve managed to set up a Zap that will achieve the above, but only for a singular record. The data pipeline seems to work just fine, I just can’t figure out how to get it to loop over some version of this sequence:1) Grab the youtube handles/IDs from each record in the sheet2) Run the IDs through Social Blade’s statistics API endpoint (via webhook)3) Get updated subscriber count values for each handle/ID4) Update all records in airtable with the fetched/more recent valuesIf anybody can he

I have a zap set up as- Trigger: Smartsheets updated row Zapier Filter condition Lookup Spreadsheet row / create new row if not found Update spreadsheet Row / with the Custom set to ROW of the googlesheet in the lookup as the dynamic update- It use to be ROWIDThe issue I am experiencing is that it keeps adding a row when there is a change in smartsheets and doesn’t make the update to the existing row in the Google sheet creating duplicate like entries. When testing it works and updates that same row for the test.
Okay, I get it. Zapier doesn’t want to give us a defacto API Request app. Fine. So we’re using a webhook of which only basic auth is available as an option. Sure. No Bearer Tokens there got it. We can just hard code the bearer token into the header. Sure. ...except it’s not working because Zapier pops a 500 server error if I don’t put quotes around bearer and the token. Except that when I DO put the quotes in, the API I’m connecting to doesn’t expect them and throws a 401 error. I can cURL this whole thing just fine. But what am I to do about the literals?Zapier only works with this:Authorization: “Bearer [Token]”API doesn’t authMy API Needs this:Authorization: Bearer [Token]But Zapier has a hissy fit over the space between Bearer and Token Ugh. What do I do here?
