Adding a delay before I send a review email automatically

Hello everyone,
 
I manage a catering company in France.
Our clients order food from us which is delivered to their door on the day of their event (which can be in 3 days, 2 weeks, 2 months, 1 year...after the date of purchase)

This date is stored as an Hubspot property (that we called “date_EVT”).
 

I’m trying using ZAPIER to connect our Hubspot account to “Verified Reviews” (similar to Trustpilot). Thus, I could send an email post purchase in which our clients  could rate their experience.

But I need to set things up so that the email from Verified Reviews is sent 48 hours after the “date_EVT”.  (said differently, 48 hours after they eat the food we cooked)

But I can’t figure out how to do this in Zapier.

Anyone to help ?
