Hello,Can anyone tell me: Is it possible to pass data from PandaDoc to Excel and then---based on that data---update a PandaDoc record? What I am interested in accomplishing is changing pricing in a PandaDoc table based on what is selected via drop down in another table. This type of activity is very simple in Excel but I’m unclear on how to actually pass the data back to PandaDocs. Thank you for looking
Hello, I’ve created an automation to create a new row in Google Sheets every time I receive an email from a specific person. In Google sheets I collect this information: Sender, Date, Subject and Body When I receive the first email everything works well. The problem is when the person replies to the first email because in google sheets in the body part I also get all the trimmed messages. I only want to get the body of the last message. I attach an image of what I get now on sheets. I only want the part with the circle, but i get all the trimmed text. Thanks!

Hi I’m making an automation that watches for emails coming in from 5 different sources, and then appending the body text to a google docs document. Super simple stuff. Works some times. Doesn’t work other times.Below is a screenshot of the error msg. Screenshot of my automation. Once again, super basic stuff. I’ve made things 100x more complicated over the years, but i cannot find out what is going on here.
I tried to set up a Zap with Gmail but I get “unsupported...” error messaging. I am a new Harvest User and Harvest Customer support told me to look here for the answers I need. I don't have a lot of un-billable time to spend searching for answers and testing zaps so I'm hoping someone here can help. Here is what I am looking to do(1) set up a zap or other connector/app that will automatically track time spent on emails received from specified accounts so that when I open them a timer is set and ends when I send the reply.(2) set up a zap or other add-in that will track time spent working in the Google Drive Folder for my project each day. The trigger would either be opening any Google Doc, Sheet, Form or Presentation in the specified Google Drive Folder or from the time I started editing it until the time I closed it. Of course, this would need to be linked to my project in Harvest and the time submitted to the appropriate budget line.Preferably with both of these there would be a paus

Hi!I have a google form which prompts the user to fill out, among others,Quantity1, Quantity2, Quantity3, Quantity4, Quantity5Price1, Price2, Price3, Price4, Price5My Google Doc then grabs this data and calculates and displays a grand total = Sum(n=1 to 5) [quantityn * Pricen]Google Docs PlaceholdersThe problem is that typically the user will fill out at least quantity1 and price1, with the option of leaving quantity2,3,4,5 and price2,3,4,5 blank. [I thought about using a pre-filled Google Form which defaults qty2,3,4,5 and price2,3,4,5 to 0, but upon clicking “submit another response”, the pre-filled values go back to blanks. so i would prefer to process the blanks in my automation instead of requiring the user to type 0]Since the multiplication will fail with blank terms supplied,my zap consists of:get new google forms data - 1 step formatting price2,3,4,5 (if blank, defailt to 0) - 4 steps [to prevent multiplication from failing] formatting qty2,3,4,5 (if blank, defailt to 0) - 4 st
I have a problem when transferring data from the 'Meeting Ended' trigger in Cal.com to another function, such as sending an email or creating a row in a Spreadsheet. For some reason that I can't understand, the information I want to transfer (in this case, 'RUT') is detected in the Data Out of the first step, but it is not taken in the Data In. However, if I edit the Zapier without making any changes, only having the Zapier run a test with the same Data In, it does manage to transfer the information. In summary: when the Zapier runs automatically, it does not transfer the information; when I run it again from the history, it does not transfer the information; but when I access editing mode and without changing anything, I proceed to test the Zapier, it does transfer the information.Captures from Zapier history: However, when I edit the Zapier, it does manage to retrieve the information and transfer it to the Spreadsheet:
With the updated order trigger from shopify, how do you set up the trigger to only populate an order if the order is less then 2 weeks old? I see that one can put a specific date, but is it possible to be dynamic? Thanks!
Any task added by through google chat space, assigned to me, and then showing in My Tasks does not trigger zapier. All Tasks added directly to My Tasks triggers Zapier fine.
To automate our sales Gmail inbox we created multiple step zap but unexpectedly it is running multiple times after some odd 6-7 days.Step 1- The Email is labeled in Gmail inbox.Step 2- A filter to stop zap run on our email replies to the customer.’Step 3- While adding the Raw snippet the mail body was incomplete while acknowledging the email and the concerned person could not see the complete email a formatter was added so that regardless of spaces and symbols it detects the text and includes the body in the send email function.Step 4- It replies to the customer and ccs the concerned person so that the email is automatically is sent to the concerned salesperson.Step 5- It creates an automatic deal in the Pipedrive Step 6- Add a note in the deal and it contains the email from the customer. Now the issue we are facing is that the zap is running again after a week or so and it is completing the whole cycle and another trail, another deal is created in the Pipedrive. I am trying to set up a Zap from Practice Better to Crowdcast and am seeing limited options.When client cancels membership in Practice Better I want to remove their access to Crowdcast events. There is the option to Register for Event in Crowdcast but not to UNregister. Can this be done? Or do I need to do this manually?

I'm trying to connect OnceHub and Ontraport using Zapier, but I'm running into an issue with the time not being the same after the automation is published.I've tried different date-time formats, but the time still doesn't reflect correctly in Ontraport. For example, I booked a call for Monday 6th 2023, 3 PM EST in OnceHub, but it shows in Ontraport as Monday 6th 2023, 5 PM.I've been trying to troubleshoot the issue on my own, but I'm not having much luck. Hi there, I have a zap that connects to Webhooks. Webhooks integrates into Forminator Pro and takes standard field entries (first name, last name, etc). Upon someone filling out the fields and submitting the form, webhooks takes the fields and then imports them into zapier, which makes a new Salesforce lead record.I added a new field onto Forminator Pro but the field doesn’t propagate to zapier. I’m not sure if the problem lies with webhooks--the only option with webhooks is to disable it--but how do I refresh zapier so it pulls in the new field? Thanks.

I'm new to Zapier and when I created my account, I put the wrong email address without realizing. My actual email has a .center domain and by accident, I typed .center.com. I forgot my password and now I'm locked out because this email address doesn't actually exist, and I can't access my existing automations!Is there anyway I can get in touch with someone from Zapier directly to help out? I created a zap to email a Relocation Guide as an attachment. I’m using Gmail, and the file attached is a link to a PDF stored in my Google drive.The zap works, but the attachment does not. Every time I get a message that reads: “Please update your browser.” I have also tried to attach the same file as a link to my Canva account, with the same results.Please, advise.

Hi guys, Little help needed - Zap is complete, tested and ready to go. We do however have previously submitted applications via gravity that we would like to run into our CRM via the app. Is there any way of pushing these previous applications received through gravity through as if they are new?
