How do I setup a Shopify trigger in Zapier for orders less than 2 weeks old?

With the updated order trigger from shopify, how do you set up the trigger to only populate an order if the order is less then 2 weeks old? I see that one can put a specific date, but is it possible to be dynamic?

Thanks!

Hi @Justin Woodgett

Add this Zap step: Formatter > Date & Time > Compare Dates

Compare the desired date data point to today.

You can use a value of “today” (without the quotes) or insert a timestamp.

https://zapier.com/help/create/customize/insert-the-time-your-zap-runs-into-a-field

Then map the output to the Filter step for your conditions.

Would it be possible to program is based on X number of days before todays date?

My business only really needs the zap to update order data within 2 weeks or trigger. Yesterday an app updated all of our orders since 2019 and they all populated on our google sheet! Trying to not only prevent the waste of time but also the unnecessary use of zaps!

Thank you!

@Justin Woodgett

One of the data points output from the Formatter step is “Days”.

When in doubt, test it out.
