Hi all, I am trying to use the new Google Analytics 4 feature, but it seems different than the Universal version. What I was using with the GA version is the measurement reporting option to pass events to GA. Now there is a “create measurement” in the GA4 version. But all it does is create the measurement in GA4. It doesn’t actually report an event that happened. Is there a way to do this manually with the API request or app extension option?

Hi,I am currently Zapping from Gravity Forms to Google sheets. The Zap has various filters and a lookup.Now I would like to alternate the new entries between 2 sheets so I can split the leads between two teams.I would like to know:If this at all is possible Since the lookup is built to avoid duplicate entries, the Zap would have to lookup both sheets to see if the value exists on either of them and then post the new entry on the sheet that didn’t receive the previous entry.Thanks in advance

I have the following problem. I made two Zaps. One adds a new contact from Kajabi to Active Campaign and the other adds a tag from Kajabi to Active Campaign. The first one works and the second one doesn't even though the contact is added to Active Campaign and even though no error was reported when creating the Zap.I also tried another option where I'm on the first Zap when a contact from Kajabi is added to Active Campaign and I tried as the next step to add the update tag, but it doesn't give the options for the Kajabi trigger and Active Campaign reaction that it needs.Can you help, please?

I have a spreadsheet that feeds data from Google Sheets to Pipedrive. The zap itself is straightforwad:Trigger - New or Updated row on Google SheetsAction - Find deal in Pipedrive (option ticked to create a new deal if none has been found) Action - Update deal based on the previous stepNow, I think this works fine although I haven’t tested it yet. But a major concern came to me when I talked with a colleague that updates the spreadsheet and she told me that she needs to delete all the data on the spreadsheet and replace with new one every day.We have 14000 rows with the products that we sell, and she needs to export them from our Platform (currently there’s no good way of exporting from it without it being manually) to our Google Sheets, and updates around 200 to 300 of them let’s say. Hi Zapier Community!I’m having issues with a basic lookup and updated google sheet feature and I am not sure if it is because I am using a formula in the spreadsheet or not. Background: I am trying to connect a recital program spreadsheet with a recital award database spreadsheet. I want to be able to pull the number of recitals a student has done from the database to the program spreadsheet. I have part of the process working, but pulling the number of recitals from the database to the program spreadsheet. So far, I have the trigger as a new spreadsheet row added to the program spreadsheet. The first action is looking up the spreadsheet row in the recital database spreadsheet and creating a row in the database if a student isn’t found (their first recital). The formula I am using is a CountIf formula with the range always staying the same and the criteria is the student’s name. I have a Zap set up to save an attachment to a specific folder. I have noticed that my tasks limit runs out way before I expect it to. The way it works is this: every time I send an invoice, my invoicing software auto bcc’s it to me. When Zapier sees the attachment (always subject beginning “Invoice: xxx”), it saves it. This month, I’ve issued 17 invoices. So why does Zapier tell me that the Zap’s been activated 32 times? How can I check exactly what it’s done, to troubleshoot?Alternatively, I could change the trigger – but how do i tell it to look out for any PDF attachment with a three digit number? My invoices are, for example, just called 852.pdf, and I can’t change that.Thanks
Hello all wonderful helpers. I am trying to figure out a basic issue I am having with trying to take a Google spreadsheet and fill a table in Wix. I have so many questions and I have tried many different things. I have a list of Deaths in a spreadsheet that includes: a picture, their name, their death date, their affiliation, and a link to the obit. I am hoping to use the Google Sheets and allow trusted users to access it and update in turn it updates the website. I have an account with Zapier, I gave permissions for Wix to accept Zapier and I tried to setup a trigger and proceed. I am only guessing with what my trigger is, and I guess the next step is to add a Zap, but when I try to perform the action “Wix Automation” is grayed out. So I must be doing something wrong. Things I have tried. 1. Embedding the URL for the Google Spreadsheet, but the format is horrible and has text that can’t be removed and you have to constantly adjust the table. 2. I have tried to set up a Zap that transfers new videos in a Facebook group to youtube.I have set it up like this“new video” trigger delay of two hours (so that the zap doesn’t fail due to the video still being recorded) create video in youtube and then some other stuff that is not relevant for this question.For some reason the third step keeps failing with this error message: “The app returned "Media type 'text/plain' is not supported.".”. I have tried appending all types of data to the “video” field (the video file itself) in youtube, but this keeps happening, no matter what the data type.Any ideas on what i should feed into youtube to make it accept the facebook group video?

I tried in every way to get contact data from my planfix in order to send the necessary data further to gmail, but the data never came to my zapier. I am attaching screenshots (all data is fictitious) so that you can see that the contacts have been created (already after connecting to zapier), but when I try to make a test, the data is not received and I see the same thing in zapier all the time. I’m pretty new to Zapier so I’m by no means an expert.I’ve become fairly accustomed to MemberPress and Square now.I need to set things up so a new member transaction created in Memberpress (whether a new member, or renewing an existing membership) goes to Square for payment, then updates the transaction when it’s completed. I’ve stumbled around Zapier for a while trying to make sense of it and I’m not getting very far.Memberpress memberships can also be paid via PayPal or e-transfer (processed manually on our end) so I obviously don’t want EVERY transaction going to Square… only if Square is selected by the user as the payment method.Help?
I am attempting to integrate pipefy with excel using zapier. I want to add new entries from my database in pipefy to a new row in excel. Hello, We are trying to update a column value, such as score, based on the value of an item on another board. it starts of with the application board for new candidates. There’s a column that needs to have their scores on their assessment. there is a second board into which the data is uploaded to with assessment results. How do you create a Zap that will identify the item, get the value of the score, and update only the score on the main application board? Any help will be greatly appreciated! Thanks!
Integrating Mailerlite with ScoreApp - Help please!I am using Zapier to integrate my ScoreApp quiz with Mailerlite so that when someone takes my quiz (they have to enter their email address to take the quiz), I want their email to then be subscribed to my mailerlite email list.It looks as though I have the link all set up using Zapier, but when I take my quiz and use an email address (i’ve tried using lots of email addresses all of which are not already subscribers), the email address entered in ScoreApp doesn’t make it to my mailerlite subscribers. Am i missing something?Any help much appreciated. Thanks in advance

Hey, I’m setting up the following automation:New Labeled Email in Gmail → Create card in TrelloThe “label” I’m using in the trigger is a custom label called “_To-do”. When I apply this label to a thread in my Gmail, it ends up creating a separate card in Trello for each message in the thread (so if the thread has 5 emails, it’ll create 5 cards in Trello).Is there a way to limit this so that it only creates 1 card in Trello using the latest message in the thread, regardless of how many messages are in the thread?
