Can I create a personalized support bot for a university that adapts responses based on student-specific data?

Hello :)
Would this be possible? We want to create a bot for a university that provides personalized support for each student based on the information available about them. For example, if the bot has access to different data for student A and student B, would it be able to adapt its responses and provide support based on the specific data it has for each student?
