I am trying to search for a way to scrape google events (such as searching for events near me into google) and add that information into a google calendar. Is there any way to do that in Zapier?

Welcome to the Community! 🎉

Before we dive deeper, are you referring to scraping Google Calendar events from calendars that you’re subscribed to, or just nearby events in general? If so, if the events are in multiple calendars I’m afraid it’s not possible since you can only select one calendar with the Google Calendar integration.

However, we do have an open feature request for “Event Start” trigger to allow users to select more than one calendar. Please let me know if you would like to get added to that feature request.
