Hello! Im trying to correctly output the following email template, it is essentially a list. In this example there are 3 ‘ShotNumbers’ and 3 ‘Vendors’:Input as shown in email template: SE0_TO_074_408_230613 to CreepSE0_TO_075_406_230613 to NVIZSE0_TO_075_408_230613 to NVIZ Set Template:{{shotnumber}} to {{vendor}}{{shotnumber}} to {{vendor}}{{shotnumber}} to {{vendor}} However, I am just getting a limited output when running Email Parser, it is extracting the first ‘shotnumber’ and the last word as the ‘vendor’, not line by line as requested in my template:Output:shotnumber SE4_TO_074_408_230613 vendor NVIZ I actually want the output to contain 3x Shotnumbers and 3x Vendors.If the output was correct, I would push to Google Sheets with 3 individual rows with two columns, a row and column for each shot number, and the adjacent column would be for the vendor.Is there a way to do this in the Email Parser template?Thanks
I am setting up a Zap exporting a worker from our CRM Jobadder to SiteDocs. The jobadder test for data works.When trying to create worker in Sitedocs, the zap fails as it indicates “only absolute URL’s are supported”I have tested the account and it indicates it is connected.Is anyone able to help?
We have a Zapier app that uses the webhook method to call new transactions (in our case, donations).However, we want to create an additional app that will allow the client to search for existing transactions, and receive updates on changed fields (ex. the “status” fields of a subscription).However, we are concerned that this will result in Zapier users calling our API at a frequency that will overwhelm our database (1 minute x 5000 users x 3 apps).Since our data changes in general only once a day, is there a way to limit ACCESS to our app (to limit the rate of polling), to, say, once an hour, or once a day. In other words, to have our API be accessible not at all times but only at certain times?

Hi all, I am somewhat new to some of the things I’m talking about, so please bear with me.Currently we use PowerApps, and I have built a fully bespoke CRM system. I am now wanting to automate the bookings we receive through SimplyBook using the Zap with SimplyBook and Microsoft Dynamics 365. I have set up the SimplyBook part of the Zap to trigger when a new booking is made.I have connected our CRM using the dynamics.com address and connection is made. However when I try to use the Create New Account, Client or Lead, not all of my table columns from PowerApps are showing. Could anyone help wit this issue? And is it possible to use the API to create the bespoke columns from my CRM tables? Any detailed advice would be greatly appreciated. Many thanks Mark

Hi everyone! I have an LLC in Fl, US, but I am running it form Argentina. All my setup for payments, banking, etc its done from there, with a US bussiness address and all that jazz. I get to use a VPS to log in to all those platforms to not get any extra trouble.The thing is that since I have implemented Zapier to get my Paypal payments automatically listed in a google sheet, my PP account has been acting weird… I receive excesive security notifications, everytime I log in I need to verify my account with mobile phone, etc. I am guessing the problem is that the Zapier requests are being made from latinamerican servers. There is any way to change my Zapier account “country” to US and to be sure that the querys are done from there to my platforms?Thanks!
I have a Zap which simply uploads an attachment from my email to Google Drive. However, I specifically want to trigger it based on putting a label on the mail, not trigger for each attachment as I add the label manually after having received the email. Without the Attachment trigger, it seems impossible to loop over the attachments individually. I considered everything:- Can I have a double trigger, first trigger on label then attachments → No, other way around is possible with filter but that won't trigger as I don't add the label on receiving the email.- Can I use webhooks to chain triggers → No because the trigger of the second webhook must be the first webhook, so you still can't add another trigger.- Can I somehow loop over the Attachments field → No because it is a single URL that hosts all documentsMy last effort was to loop by number over Attachment Count. I’m using the CLI to create a trigger that accepts dynamic fields.It works fine, except that I’m finding bundle.inputData contains an extra field called “_zap_static_hook_code”. If I send bundle.inputData to my API in the body, as I’ve done with actions that use dynamic fields, it causes my API to error because it’s not expecting that field.Can anyone tell me where this field comes from, or why it seems to appear in the inputData for a trigger but not an action?I have a workaround, using JavaScript decomposition to create a copy of bundle.inputData with that field removed. But I’d be more confident about the reliability of my workaround if I understood why it was happening in the first place. If this is some internal Zapier variable that’s getting exposed, then the name of the variable might change in the future and then my workaround would stop working.
Hey Team, I keep getting this error for my zaps. This zap specifically deals with when a contact purchases a trial for example a 7 Day Trial, the delay is to wait one day before the trial expires and then executes the path of moving the contact to a trial expiring in 1 day column. We subscribed for interfaces and I can see it in my Zapier screen (I am the platform owner) but a member of my team will use it and they cannot see interfaces when they login. How can I make sure they can use it (I do not need access and it looks like it is user assigned only).
Hey Zapier team! Hope you’re having a great week. I’ll surely have it as well if I can figure this out :) I’m trying to build a zap, but I guess my knowledge is a bit limited on this topic. I’m basically wanting to build something between Pipedrive and Gmail (but if necessary to add Google Sheets as an extra step, then I’m willing to as well), where I want to find all deals that are linked to a Contact person and then send an email to that Contact person about their deals. I currently can make it that every deal is a separate email to the Client, but if there’s too many deals then it becomes a bit spammy. Is there a way to build a zap that allows to gather all information of all deals connected to a client and email them with relevant information from those deals (deal title and some custom fields)? I was suggested to use Formatter, but even after reading about it, I still couldn’t figure out how to use it for this specific example. Hoping someone can help me here.Thank you in advance
GetResponse: Want to set a path which will only continue if GetResponse does not have a tag associated with the Contact. ‘Find Contact in Donors List’ is an early step - it doesn’t show any tag info. First ClueLater there is a path rule and I only want it to continue if the Contact ‘Does Not’ have the Tag ‘Donor_Recurring’ When I ‘Search all available fields’, ‘Tags’ is an option from the ‘Find contact in GetResponse Donors List - but there there is no actual data showing.Is there any way of getting that data? Hi! Trigger is invitee created in calendly. Action is create an item in monday.com Issue is: I want to filter for a specific event. I’m using the eventtype name, text contains, But when I try to identify the eventtype name it only shows one of my event types. How can I specify a different event? (it doesn’t appear to be letting me select other eventtypes, only the one. I have reconnected my apps. I deleted the zap and recreated it. I tried to find new test data. but no new records showed up.
