Creating or editing a contact in Constant Contact

I’d like my zap to create or edit a contact in Constant Contact. I’m using Catch Hook and using the Find Contact option for Constant contact. I want it to add the contact to a list as well. Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn’t and I think this might have something to do with if the contact already existed in CC. Does anyone have any ideas why I can’t get this to work?

Gmail attachments not added to Google Drive

I’ve created a Zap to send .pdf attachments to a specific Google Drive folder and the test works fine, but when I send an email to Gmail with a .pdf attachment, it’s not showing up in the G-Drive folder I specified. I also want the file name to be the subject of the email. Again, it works fine on the test, but not on actual emails.

Due date returned by Todoist doesn't take in consideration timezone

Hello everybody,France move to winter time since this weekend and I notice that todoist zap don’t take in consideration this change of time.For example, when I add a task with a dueDate at 9am into todoist Apps, and then Zapier get this task using trigger, the field dueDate return 10am.Timezone in Todoist app is well configured and the dueDate is good in the Apps. Timezone in my zapier profile is also set as Paris.Do you have an idea to explain this behavior ?

Condensing triggers or Zap results to running once a week?

I have several transactional-style zaps. Trigger on some event, send an email with more info to the appropriate person, etc. What I’m looking for is where can I learn more about ways to condense these? For some of my end users, they might only trigger these transactional zaps every so often. Maybe even rarely. For others, they might trigger it 5 times a week.How can I sort of condense them, or limit them. I’m basically looking for a way to tell a zap “if you’ve sent to this user recently, hold off on this one” or what would be even better would be how could i get the zap to sort of add the results together, and then release whatever is added together, per use, at the end of a week, or every third day, or something? So User A might get one email, as above, but user B would get one email with 5 things in it.

How to get array of arrays from Shopify field?

I have a Shopify field (“Line Items Properties Name”) coming in as an array of arrays (e.g. [“_instoreAppId”], [“1”, “4”, “6”, “10”, “_instoreAppId”]). I need to work with that in a Code step, but Code forces everything into a string (and not even JSON), so when it comes in, it ends up looking like “_instoreAppId,1,4,6,10,_instoreAppId”, which is not helpful. When I try to do a line-item-to-text formatter step and separate the array items by |||, I get the nonsensical output ofoutput item_1 _instoreAppId,1,4,6,10,_instoreAppId item_2 _instoreAppId,1,4,6,10,_instoreAppId item_last _instoreAppId,1,4,6,10,_instoreAppId text _instoreAppId,1,4,6,10,_instoreAppId|||_instoreAppId,1,4,6,10,_instoreAppIdHow is one supposed to get this data?

Request access to both apps through our Early Access Program.Hi there!So its my understanding that Approvals by Zapier is suppose to work for anyone with a link to the Approvals Inbox, regardless of them having a Zapier login. Currently however, whenever I send my inbox link to people on this particular project - they are all encountering a “Sign up for Zapier” screen instead of the inbox.  Where they go if they are not me, logged in already.   This is the inbox: https://tables.zapier.com/approval/inbox/id/4746

The old (marked deprecated) Square integration would allow a trigger for “Invoice Paid”.      The current Square integration only has “New Customer” and “New Order” triggers.   What happened to all the Invoice triggers?

Vonage Business Communications incoming call trigger

Currently, it seems that I’m only able to set up a trigger for a single extension.I’d like to make it so that if any call comes into either of our virtual receptionist numbers, it triggers.Is that possible?I’ve tried to work with Vonage on direct API access and it’s been a nightmare to say the least. If I’m able to accomplish this via Zapier, that would be awesome.

Lead Updated trigger “A Lead could not be found. The app did not respond in time” error

I need to create several zaps where if a lead has been updated in CRM (like several fields) then we do other tasks like send off emails, etc. But I unfortunately cannot even get the initial trigger in my zap to test properly. When I select “Lead Updated” as the initial trigger, and go to test, I get the following error shown in the screenshot below. My timeout from CRM side is set to two minutes. But when trying to test this zap, it stops and states the error below in about 30 seconds.  I cant really complete any more of the zap because no fields show for me to map other elements depending on the nature of the update.I also have new leads coming in every minute.

How to map data correctly to remove field labels?

Hello. I’m new to using Zapier and I have a question about the field mapping data that’s coming through on my Zap. I’ve created a webhook from a User Registration plugin on our website that creates a new webinar registrant in GoToWebinar once triggered. Everything is working fine but for some reason some of the mapped field labels are showing in front of the data that comes through. Like for City it will read City: CityChicago and on Zipcode it reads Zip68105. It’s also doing this on the phone number data like Phone: Phone+xxx-xxx-xxxx. This may be something dumb that I’m not doing but I wanted to check to see if there was a way to fix this so that the label field is removed and only the value/data comes through. I’ve attached a screenshot of what goes through to GoToWebinar. Everything looks fine in the Zap setup and doesn’t show the duplicate field labels.I would really appreciate any help anyone can give me with this. I tried using the Pick Off Child Key but after re-testing and ref

Hi Everybody I have a small zap that sets Invoice due dates on google Cal (new invoices with future due dates)Then, 2 days before the due date sends the Invoice to the customer for paymentEverything work nicely but the issue is once the invoice is sent it is automatically set to a Viewed status instead of sent. Not sure if I am missing something in the setting. Thanks!

Magento (Community) 2.4 Connection Issue

I am trying to connection Magento 2.4  Community version with Zapier. It throws error, I checked the help document but everything referring to Magento 1. The screenshot in help document probably is magento 1.  Does Zapier works with Magento 2.4 ?.  When I try to connect, its asking for Full Domain, Api User, Api Key. I am entering the full domain Consumer Key, Consumer Secret. There is no api user & api key in magento 2.4 community version. I get an error authentication failed: syntax error: line 1, column 0

We have developed a zapier Integration “Linux Foundation”. This app is meant for the open-source community to monitor the activity on Facebook Pages meant for each of their projects. They get insights into how the entire community is participating. With our app used as action, the user is expected to map the fields from trigger app to corresponding fields in our app.In order to make thier life easy, we have created template. But we still have once field which the user has to type i.e. Facebook Page Name being monitored.Is there a better way so that we can automatically get the FB Page being monitored? The objective is to make zap creation process as smooth as possible.Thank You.

Transferring Eventbrite contacts to Salesforce

Hi All--brand new to Zapier here, and relatively new to Salesforce as well. I’m trying to transfer this year’s event data into a Salesforce campaign. This action would need to add existing contacts to a campaign, and create contacts that do not yet exist. However, in the template transfer, when I get to the Salesforce section, it asks me to identify a specific contact (if you click the “Contact” drop down, you get specific names, which is why I’m not showing that). This doesn’t make any sense to me because the entire purpose of this is to look up the contact from Eventbrite. What am I missing here? Have I set the template up incorrectly?

I am making a Zapier CLI integration for an app that uses OAuth2 authentication. How can I authenticate to run my tests locally? In other words, is there a means of running the existing OAuth2 code workflow using configuration in index.js so I can inject it into my test bundle.authData?
