Hello, I’m trying to setup PagerDuty Zap to send email. It works fine when I specify the assgined person in the incident (Assigned to filed below) Now for this to be really effective I need it to send email when it’s assigned to anyone, not just some specific user...but if I leave the Assigned To field blank and try to fetch data, it always fails… I tried the Custom option but it doesn’t allow me to input anything Any idea what I migth be missing? Hello, I was wondering how the bundle.authData.sessionKey variable is used in the session-auth example. Within the authentication.js there is the bundle with the fields username and API key to request the sesson key from an API ( getSessionKey() ) , then this variable is able to be used in a subsequent request ( includeSessionKeyHeader() ). how does this seperate bundle (that originally only had the API key and username) update to include the sessionKey? and subsequently how can this sessionKey variable be used in other scripts, like the recipe example, to parse the session key in the header of the request?
I am trying to send a message to the customers by creating a zap from Shopify to Avochato when their order is ready for shipping. These are the options I have selected. However, Shopify is sending them the same message multiple times. I investigated and found out that whenever the shipment status changes (from none to "in transit", then to "confirmed”), Shopify identifies each of these as an update to the order and this is the reason the zap occurs multiple times. So, is there a way to include “Shipment Status” field so that I can select a certain status (like “confirmed”) and stop the zap from occuring multiple times?
I’m trying to build a zap to take any data that has been altered in a google spreadsheet and mirror it in my airtable spreadsheet. I tried using the “New or Updated Spreadsheet Row in Google Sheets” zap but it doesn’t recognize when I alter a cell, it seems to only recognize when I add a new row. Any insight on why updating a cell doesn’t trigger the zap?

I am trying to create a Google sheet that will show our up-to-date inventory for our customers. Here’s the system I came up with. I’m an experienced Zapier user, but steps 2-4 are all buggy for me. Does this make sense? Is there an easier way to do this??? 1 It is triggered when an order is created in ShipStation. 2 The next step is to look up the current inventory on the sheet. I’m trying to do that with the “Lookup Spreadsheet Row in Google Sheets” action. It should look for the SKU of the item(s) ordered and then identify the current quantity. 3 The next step is to subtract the quantity ordered from the number found in step 2. 4 The final step would be to update that line with the new adjusted quantity.
I’m trying to use the email to sendy campaign zapier trigger. I have the New Inbound Email and then Sendy Create Draft Campaign action. While the New Inbound Email trigger is working with correct data in and data out, the Sendy action returns a “The app returned "No data passed" error. Is there any way to debug the Sendy action?
I am brand new to Wufoo and Zapier. I am trying to create an order form where my customer can either submit and pay for 1 day’s meal at a time, or is offered an option to add more orders. They need to pay when they submit. My issue is that I am needing to add each separate order (I set up as pages in wufoo on 1 form) to a new row of the spreadsheet. For instance, they decide to order a meal every day for the week and now have 5 different sets of info. I don’t want it all to go on 1 row; I want it to go to a different row for each. Is this possible? I have a working Zap, but with all information on 1 row in the spreadsheet.
i am offering on my ClickFunnels page, 4 different courses that have 4 different prices. I have created a Zap in Zapier to trigger on each individual ClickFunnels purchase, and set up a corresponding action in Thinkific to enroll the student into the correct course using the Formatter and the utilities 'new successful purchase', however i cannot trigger and get the information about what courses they purchased, and based on what they purchase determine what course to enroll the student in. I don't know how to set up the trigger from Clickfunnel and what additional filters or set up for my zap ill need to do so that i can enroll the students into the correct course. Please help !! :-(
Hi there guys, So I’m working with this business generating leads and they’ve given me admin access to their Zoho CRM. I am trying to trigger a message sent to me when an appointment is booked that matches my lead source. It is working, but for some reason I am sent 3 messages for each actual lead. Any idea what could be happening? Uploads are of the task being completed successfully (all from same lead) and the zap that I have setup
Hi All, I have two issues: (1) I want to give users access to the Call Recording in Salesforce when a New Call Recording is made in Ring Central but the Recording Audio shows up as a .txt file I have tried this by creating a Zap that when a New Call Recording is created to send an email with the Recording Audio as an attachment I then have Email to Case setup which will turn the attachment into a record in Salesforce The email comes in the attachment is a txt file, and it needs to be an audio file or something. (2) I want a way to identify related SMS messages from RingCentral, so that in Salesforce they can be linked through related records. If there was a field from RingCentral like “Thread Id” or “ConversationID” I think there would be a way to link related SMS messages together in Salesforce, but I don’t see any field other than “ID” but I don’t believe that’s the field I’m looking for. Good morning! I’m looking for help bringing in spreadsheet rows to a daily email. I have a google form and I’d like a daily email to be sent out with the responses from that day. I have everything working except for the step that concatenates all the responses in an email. Or even just a step that would count the new rows and put that number in the email would work. Can anyone help? I’ve tried to research it but I only get information on sending emails on a new row- I definitely don’t want an email every time a row is added or updated.
I am using Google Forms for create a quiz for each of 8 modules. Is there a way to import the quiz grade (or simply to mark off that they have completed the module quiz) with a zap? Ultimately, I’d like to mark off that a user has completed each of the 8 modules. Then, when the score column =8 (done by using COUNT), I’d like to trigger it to send an email to the user. Any ideas how to do this? Both how to import scores from multiple forms/quizzes, and how to trigger when the count=8? I could have separate sheets for each module and then somehow have a ALLSCORE sheet that would read from the other sheets, but that would be coding within Google Sheets too, I think? - I have configured form submission in Weblfow - There are two radio buttons in a form with the values "Free" and "Paid" - Values are passed to Zapier - After, the desired path starts, if the value is "Free" or "Paid" When testing zap, all the data goes into Zapier and the steps work (there are more than 25 steps). But when I turn zap, it does not start the path and does not explain why. Zapier writes that Zap is filtered and the paths are not running. How is this possible? I try to deal with the problem the third day, but I can’t solve it. I tried to make a copy of zap, update the first steps (before the paths) and delete all the others after the paths. But that doesn't work either. Before this problem, I used this zap for a month and everything was ok. But I needed to change the data in the last steps, after which the problems started.
I have built an ecommerce restaurant ordering and delivery bot in Manychat and am having difficulty populating an “order summary” showing the items they’ve selected. I also have a zap set up to notify the restaurant once an order has been placed - trigger is Manychat tagged user and it sends them an email through Gmail and creates a new opportunity in HighLevel. I can’t figure out how to remove the items they haven’t selected from the list. For example, if you gave them 10 different topping choices for a pizza and they only selected two, I’d like for there to be a list of only those 2. I found a workaround through Botmakers that sets the item name as a custom value and if it’s 0 or false (boolean), it will be a blank line. This solution is not good for large menus though or large lists of items. I also tried various text formatter steps through Zapier but none achieved the desired results. (Attached screenshots of what I’ve tried in Manychat that did not work) I reached out to Zap
Hello Everyone ! This has probably been done like a thousand times before but could not find an explicit answer in the docs or videos. I have a Zap that sends an email, and I have the following properties: Item_1_Name Item_1_Qty Item_1_Total (From Item_1 to Item_16) For each one of them I add to the email: Name X QTY = Total I don’t want to add that line when there is no data for certain property (Let’s say a 1-item order shouldn’t add text to Item_2, Item_3 and so on) Is there anyway I can achieve this conditional formatting in the email ?

Hi, I successfully connected my zap to my Squarespace to MailerLite account. But, Im still confuse. When someone submit a form, do I have to “Create a new zap subscriber zap everytime? How can I make this automatically? How can I connect the Form to MailerLite by the time people submit the form to received a Freebie they can get an automatically form? How they will get an automatically email with all the download info?
Hi! I have an integration with FB Lead Ads and Gmail. My Problem is when I receive my mails I try to resend these but they present an error. So the thing is… Is this a problem with zapier or a problem with the server? Is worth to say my email address are from a particulary domain and not from Gmail. Thank you so much, regrets from Mexico.
Hello all! I keep trying to setup my Constant Contact & Simple Texting App with Zapier and everything appears to be connected successfully, but I continue to get an “Unknown Error” message after customizing the SMS message that I setup to send to every new Constant Contact Subscriber. Please help!
